The kitchen is well equipped and there is a sleek, black, dining table seating four. This contrasts with the sleek white kitchen units and stainless steel appliances. There are two comfortable sofas arranged around a central coffee table, whilst a TV is mounted on the wall. For those looking to stay during the Winter months, there is underfloor heating throughout the property.

Outside, this Lake Maggiore apartment with pool has a large private terrace, which wraps around two sides of the property. It is equipped with luxury outdoor chairs and sofa as well as a matching coffee table, perfect for enjoying a glass of prosecco whilst the sun goes down! Guests have sole use of the entire apartment. Guests also enjoy shared use of a superb swimming pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by stylish teak decking and luxury loungers.

The Neighborhood:
Maccagno is a popular lakeside town boasting a number of restaurants, bars and cafes all within walking distance of the apartment. The nearest restaurant is on site whilst the second closest is just a few metres in the other direction. There is also a helpful tourist information office within the town if you need any information about what to see and do in the area.

This Lake Maggiore apartment with pool is also situated just across from a lakeside beach area which is popular with the locals. The lake is wonderful to swim in and there are platforms cleverly positioned in the lake which you can swim out to.

Getting Around:
A car is not necessary when staying at this Lake Maggiore apartment with pool as everything is within easy walking distance. This includes the boat stop where guests can access all the other towns and villages on the lake. There is a restaurant and cafe on site as well as plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. The train station is also easily accessible from the apartment. Trains go direct from here to Milan Malpensa airport. Or we can help organise taxi transfers.

Other Things to Note:
Lakeside locations don't get much more convenient than this, nor more family friendly! This Lake Maggiore apartment with pool is a short walk from a supermarket, cafes, bars and restaurants. You can even walk along the lakeside to the boat stop where you can catch a boat to all the other towns and villages on the lake.

For the sporty amongst you, there are tennis courts just a few minutes walk away as well as a water sports centre where you can hire canoes, pedaloes and boats. You can also hire bikes on site. Both e-bikes and traditional bicycles are available.

Since this Lake Maggiore apartment with pool is within walking distance of the boat stop, a car is not essential although having one will potentially allow you to explore more of the area. For those that do hire a car, the property has allocated parking in an underground car park.
