Wunderfull beachhouse

We stayed the first week of May 2011 in this wunderful beachhouse in Budoni. Fully equipped, terrific shower and only 170 childeren footsteps from the beach. The house is very confinigant, with privat terras, garden and located at the nicest part of the Budoni Beach, with nearby a very good restaurant on the beach named "La Tavernetta" . Budoni is a nice village and from there easy to travel aroud the east coast. We had a splendid week!

We – a not so young married couple - had a wonderful vacation in October 2022 in this villa in Budoni, which was very clean and equipped with everything you would need for relaxing holidays. In addition, it is near the wonderful beach, as already described in previous reviews. Nice owners Annamaria & Pasquale have welcomed us despite our late arrival. We can recommend the rental of this house and the other comments can also be confidently approved. We think it was not our last visit to Budoni and we will try to stay at the house again.

sehr schöne FeWo mit ruhigen Garten. Einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, Naturliebhaber und Fans von wunderschönen Sandstränden! Sehr netter Vermieter, alles hat perfekt funktioniert. In der Hauptsaison ist Appartment B die ruhigere Variante, weil von der Strasse abgewand. Ideal zum Relaxen, wir kommen gerne wieder !

unvergesslicher Urlaub

Seit vielen Jahre haben wir den kleineren und grösseren Urlaub im Vorsommer oder Herbst in dieser schönen Villa verbracht. Jedes Mal war alles blitz sauber und tadellos eingerichtet und der Empfang herzlich. Bei Problemen war sofort Hilfe da. Immer wieder wurden Verbesserungen gemacht, so gab es dieses Jahr sogar einen Geschirrspüler. Zusammen mit der Familie unserer Tochter haben wir Villa A und B gemietet, es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte und gut eingerichtete Wohnung in Budoni. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber geputzt und von Geschirr, Besteck, Pfannen und Gläser ist alles vorhanden. Sogar eine Geschirrspülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die direkte Nähe zum Meer haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir haben uns in unseren Ferien rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung jedem weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Ferien! Monika und Stephan

Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir können die durchwegs sehr positiven Erfahrungsberichte nach unserem Aufenthalt (4 Pers.) in der Villa B nur bestätigen. Die Ausstattung ist mit Außendusche, Waschmaschine und Gespirrspüler wirklich sehr gut. Dazu kommen absolute Strandnähe, ruhige Lage und ein wunderschöner Garten. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit der Vermieter. Pasquale hatte für jedes unserer Anliegen ein offenes Ohr. Kurzum, wir waren begeistert. Franz & Pia

Wir können die Villa B nur weiterempfehlen. Alles ist sauber, es hat einen schönen Garten und die Strandnähe ist ebenfalls toll. Was wir speziell erwähnen möchten, ist der nette Empfang und die Herzlichkeit der Besitzerfamilie, die total unkompliziert und sehr entgegenkommend ist. Grazie mille! A+A

Alles Bestens!

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa B. Besonders mit Kindern ist diese Unterkunft einfach ideal. Ein großer Garten zum spielen, gratis Babybett und sogar ein Hochstuhl waren vorhanden. Auch sonst war alles bestens ... alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt, auch der Vermieter war freundlich und bemüht. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls in Ordnung, nur ein Geschirrspüler hätte uns den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht :-) Die Strandnähe ist ideal, ca. 150m bis man wirklich direkt am Meer ist. Viel näher kann man dort (zumindest in der näheren Umgebung) laut unserer Beobachtungen keine Unterkunft finden. Der Sandstrand hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, eignet sich ideal zu Sandburgenbauen :-). Bei einer Entscheidung zwischen Villa A und Villa B ist sicher Villa B die bessere Wahl, erstens weil diese nicht straßenseitig ist, und zum anderen weil hier (sogar entgegen der Beschreibung) eine Klimaanlage vorhanden war. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen, und waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da :-)

Cosy apartment next to a beautiful beach

I stayed in the apartment B with my wife and young daughter for 9 days at the end of July to beginning of August and we had a perfect time. Pasquale is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed: washing machine, outside shower and good set of kitchen equipment are important if you are staying for more than a week and don't plan eating out always. The rooms are a good size and the appartment would be fine for at least 4 people. The garden is also very well kept on both sides of the villa. The beach is about 2mins walk down the quiet lane the villa is on and you arrive at one of the least crowded 'free' areas of the Budoni shore. The sea is beautifully transparent and clean with fine white sand. We found ourselves taking the car to arrive in Budoni center in the evening since it is a little too far for a relaxing walk, although the nearest supermarket and a decent restaurant (which is on the beach) are both reachable by foot. The center is lively in the summer evenings with stalls and special events, occasional live music at the bars etc. but it is probably not ideal for anyone that considers nightlife the most important thing. There are plenty of good options for eating out though. We really liked apartment and location and would definitely return

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal in dieser schönen, gepflegten und gut eingerichteten Ferienwohnung und waren wieder begeistert, sodass wir für 2012 bereits wieder gebucht haben. Wir schätzen die freundliche, prompte und korrekte Abwicklung des Vertrages und den netten Empfang durch die Familie. Wir können die Wohnung jederzeit an Familien und Ehepaare empfehlen, die ungestört die Ferien verbringen möchten. Zu Fuss ist der nahe weisse Sandstrand, ein gutes Restaurant und die Einkaufsläden erreichbar.

we went to Budoni in September 2010. Pasquale and his family were extremely helpful and friendly, advised us on places where to eat, go etc. the villa was very clean and equipped with everything you would need for relaxing holidays. location was also perfect with a see a couple hundred metres away. we had a very relaxing and pleasant time and definitely would go back again. perfect place if you would like to go away from crowds.

Wonderful House

We stayed at the house during easter holidays 2011 and it was a wonderful time. Although we were only two the house is ideal for 4 persons. The veranda and garden is nice and the distances to the village and the beach are perfect. A parking lot is available which is important during the high season as parking in the street is not allowed than. People are very friendly and we recommend the house for nearly everybody. We think it was not our last visit to Budoni and we will try to stay at the house again.

"Die Beschreibung der drei Ferienwohnungen war sehr genau und mit den Fotos hat alles übereingestimmt. Wir haben uns für Villa B entschieden, da sie im Herbst die sonnigste Wohnung ist. Die ganze Vertragsabwick- lung verlief korrekt und rasch. Der Empfang mit der Schlüsselübergabe war sehr freundlich durch die Familie. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und schätzten die Meeresnähe mit dem weissen Sandstrand. Budoni ist ein kleiner Ferienort mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In 10 Fussminuten erreichte man einen guten Supermarkt wo alles erhältlich ist und nicht weit davon war eine sehr gute Gelatteria. Wir werden wieder kommen!"

Appartamento delizioso, ottima posizione, tranquillo. Ben tenuto e pulitissimo, in tanti anni in cui andiamo in sardegna è il primo anno che soggiorniamo presso questa sistemazione, ed è stato l'appartamento che ci è stato consegnato più pulito di tutti. Budoni Villa

We were in Budoni from 15th to 29th august..Oh what a Great holiday!!! The villa is really pretty, situated 100metres far from the beach and near village's centre where you can find everything you need (chemist's, market, bar, restaurants, etc...) There is a very pretty veranda ideal for my relaxing dinner after a wonderful day at the beach...Important: there is a car parking! I recommend it to everybody: family, young people, etc... The owners were very kind with us and very willing to help us for everything. We enjoy our stay in Budoni. The beach is wonderful there with a beautiful see: however this is Sardinia!!!! I suggest this Villa to everybody... Thank you again... Gaia
