Moulton-Barrett Barn at High Park, Indoor Pool

This spacious 3 bedroom 1 story Barn with 3 en-suite bathrooms & air-conditioning is an ideal luxurious relaxing getaway. The barn has underfloor heating throughout, and the bedrooms are fitted with integrated air-conditioning, making if perfect retreat for any season.

The Barns at High Park are situated in the heart of the North Devon coastline. It offers easy access to beaches, moors, coastal path walks, cycle paths, golf courses, horticultural gardens, children friendly fun parks, and many other traditional outdoor and indoor recreational activities for those seeking a truly relaxing, yet active, break away from the stresses of day-to-day life.

High Park Barns has a secure, purpose-built 1 acre dog exercise field located on site. Designed with safety, freedom, and fun in mind, our fully enclosed field, with 1.8m high fencing, offers dogs the perfect space to run, play, and train off-lead in a safe and private environment. The dog field is open daily in the morning and evening for staying guests at no cost. Additional time can be booked during the day.

The barn is situated with 14 acres of private land. Within the grounds is a shared indoor swimming pool and hot-tub, and large natural lake featuring stunning vegetation and decked terrace.

Converted in 2018, this barn features super king beds in the master bedroom & second bedroom, two single beds in the third bedroom, all with en-suites, solid oak furniture, underfloor heating & air-conditioning.

The barn has access to four 7.2kW electric vehicle (EV) destination chargers.

The barn is dog friendly, and you are welcome to bring them at £25 per dog per week or part thereof.

Moulton Barrett

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable we especially liked the very roomy shower units. Having an en-suite bathroom for every room was rather a luxury. The owners were very kind and considerate when Morrisons decided to leave our shopping with them although we were at the accommodation to receive it. Thank you we enjoyed our stay.

What a find! Anne-Louise was the most accommodating host! Gorgeous cream tea awaited us on arrival. The property was larger than we’d imagined and finished to a very high spec. Spotless and very comfortable. We were adjoining the pool / hot tub room which was equally spotless and invitingly warm. Such a great idea to have the pre allocated swimming slots at varying times; everyone felt they had their own private spa! Also evenings were first come first served. Very clever.Our family (3 teenagers, 2 adults & 2 very excited dogs) really had the best stay here and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended.

Moulton-Barrett Barn

Lovely accommodation, bathrooms super clean and spacious. Bedrooms clean and beds very comfortable. Accommodation has every thing you needed. Open living/kitchen area was spacious, perfect for the raining days. Beautiful gardens with lots of space, perfect for sitting out on a dry day. Swimming pool was a lovely addition and time table worked perfectly to ensure everyone had fair access to the pool. Would definitely recommend and love to return in future.

My 70th birthday celebration at High Park Barns

My family and dogs all came along. I can guarantee the dogs were smiling every day! The accomodation was very comfortable and welcoming. The owners could not have done enough for us. The location was perfect. Easy to reach both beaches and shops. We will certainly visit again. Loved it!

A wonderful place for all ages. Comfy and spacious accomodation. Lovely indoor pool to use as one family with set times. Near to so many lovely beaches that were also dog friendly.

Great facilities
