There are also plenty of bars, restaurants and both an indoor and outdoor theatre. Cottage in a wonderful location, next to beautiful walks and wonderful scenery, so quiet and private. Very clean and comfortable accommodation - it all looked like new! Excellent welcome pack and friendly owners who couldn't have made us more welcome. We were very impressed and would love to book again in the future. There was nothing that could be improved upon. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at The Yorkshireman.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at The Yorkshireman. On arrival, we found the accommodation spotlessly clean and exactly as advertised. The owners had left a very generous selection of food and drink for us, which was very welcoming. The living room was comfortable and the wi-fi and sky TV were good. It was very quiet at night and the beds were comfortable so we all slept well. The owners live next door and were helpful and friendly but not intrusive. The location is ideal for exploring the Yorkshire coast. We walked along the coastal path to Robin Hood's Bay, and Whitby, Scarborough, and Filey are a short drive away. The location would also be good for cycling as there are miles of off-road tracks. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
