Bianca sul Mare 1 and 2

A few meters from the sea Bianca sul Mare1 and 2 is one of the oldest residences in Tricase Porto, a small seaside village on the coast road that leads from Otranto to Santa Maria di Leuca.
The residence consists of two apartments: one is located on the first floor and is surrounded by a large equipped terrace overlooking the splendid marina harbor and where it is pleasant to have meals while enjoying the sea view.

The rooms overlook the terrace, have double walls and high vaulted ceilings, and are therefore very cool even in the height of summer even though the house is equipped, in almost all rooms, with air conditioners. In addition to being a summer home, Bianca sul Mare is perfectly enjoyable even in the winter months because it is equipped with heating.
The second apartment is located on the ground floor and overlooks the same garden.

The rooms have double walls and vaulted ceilings, so they are very cool even in the height of summer.

The whole villa has belonged to my family for over a century and several generations have spent their holidays in this location due to the beauty of the sea and the typical nature of the Mediterranean areas. Tricase Porto guarantees a peaceful seaside holiday, real relaxation for the body and the spirit, and in comparison with other places in Salento it is perfect for those looking for a seaside resort on a human scale. Its rocky and jagged coast, with the presence of a very small beach, is rich in thick vegetation (Mediterranean scrub) and is scattered with villas. For the crystal clear sea, the fine sand, the uncontaminated nature, Tricase Porto is considered one of the most suggestive territories of Salento. In summer there are several popular festivals and sailing courses are organized on Optimist dedicated to children aged 7 to 12 years. The restaurants include "Bella Vista" and, near the villa, "A Casa Mia", "Anime Sante", "Menamè" Bar, "Porto Vecchio" frying bar, "Bolina", "Ristorante Pizzeria La Rotonda". Places to visit: Matrona cave, reachable by boat rentable at the port, Vallonea oak and museum port.
