Not quite as luxurious and spacious as the other apartments we have stayed in on Moorings Reach, but the description is clear on the website so not disappointing at all and still a lovely place and view and ideal for the 3 of us. The apartment was excellent if you like upside down living, it was very well equipped and very clean, half way between the breakwater beach and the town and a flat walk to both. You had to open the patio doors and stand on the Juliet balcony to see the sea view. Going in September it was value for money. The main problem I had was there was no garden area to sit in, there were benches just outside the complex on the marina but I did miss not having a garden to sit in I would not call this property a cottage it was a three story apartment Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A great little apartment near to everything Brixham has to offer.

A great little apartment near to everything Brixham has to offer. Spotless and well equipped. Although there were complaints about the stairs we did not find this a problem which as we live in a bungalow and are seniors who are not particularly agile must say a lot. We would go back there quite happily.

Great apartment central to all amenities. Sea view (obstructed) looking over marina and Torbay, main car park & Prince William bar & restaurant ( which can be noisy) Ideal for a couple but not suitable for very young children, people with poor mobility or breathing problems because the accommodation is set over three floors with stairs to all levels. The property is spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy. We would certainly visit again and recommend the property to both family and friends.

Moorings reach is a beautiful place in the world for a lovely holiday.

Moorings reach is a beautiful place in the world for a lovely holiday.If you have never been to Brixham before then this is one of the best places to stay,close to the harbour and the marina. Lots of places for both adults and children to enjoy on their holiday.We have stopped in Brixham since 2012 and will always come back.So many other places to go such as Dartmouth,Torquay,Torcross,Beesands,Blackpool beach and many more.If you get fed up of the beach or estuary then move inland and explore.
