Apartment in a villa

In semi-detached house independent apartment of two rooms + services.
The apartment is equipped with all the minimum comforts, bathroom with shower, sink and bidet, oven, washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV (free channels), all in complete energy independence (photovoltaic and solar panel).
The apartment is "No Smoking". Also outside, no "distracted" smokers are allowed, since they are in a forest and therefore at high risk of fire.
Private garden with the possibility to use spaces for outdoor dining and sunbathing in relaxation and tranquility.
We will always be there but guests can live in total privacy and autonomy.
With advance notice and small contribution, possibility to eat typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine.
The nearest town is 5 km away. The house is not served by public transport so it is preferable to be a car / motorbike. Ideal for mountain-bike and trekking lovers.
