MAGNIFICENT VILLA IN Moraira (Costa Blanca ), with private pool for up to 20 people.
LAYOUT: This villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor we find three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds ), two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath en suite) and a guest toilet . It has a large living-dining room and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs we have seven bedrooms (two with double bed and the others with twins ), five shower rooms (four of them en suite ) and a guest toilet. Four of the bedrooms have air conditioning but they don't have windows.
EXTERIOR :A beautiful garden surrounding the house, with grass, trees and palms. A covered and furnished terrace, and an openterrace with garden furniture and a private pool terrace deck . We have a portable barbecue in the garden.
LOCATION: Located in a quiet area of Moraira ,on a dead end of a street with no trafic. Near the sea and all amenities. In an area where we can find many restaurants and taste the Mediterranean cuisine.
OTHER: Air Conditioning (In two of the bedrooms upstairs, two machines in the living room and in four rooms of the lower floor). Main bedroom ensuite is suitable for wheelchairs. FREE INTERNET

La casa no está mal y la piscina está bien pero la finca está muy desatendida (cesped seco, elementos mal mantenidos). Además no es válido para 20 personas porque hay 3 habitaciones sin ventanas en las que no parece viable poder dormir. Muy cara para el estado de la vivienda
