Beautiful three bedroom holiday house available in Oban, Argyll. An excellent location for a family holiday or a break for two couples.
House has a very high level of amenities and private parking area. Great views looking back over Oban bay from Pulpit Hill direction. Only a 10 minute walk from town centre, railway station and ferry terminal.
Lots to do in Oban: amazing scenery, great shops, great restaurants, busy harbour, nearby beach and many historical locations.
Accommodation and Facilities
Living Room: large and comfortable with large screen TV: includes Freeview, Sky and BT channels.
Kitchen / Dining Room: large area with dining table and seating for six: includes Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Washing Machine with Dryer, Gas Cooker and Microwave.
Downstairs Toilet: off rear hallway with WC and hand basin.
Family Bathroom: off hall landing with WC, hand basin, bath and shower unit.
Bedroom 1: large double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. Can be configured as ‘double’ with king size bed or ‘Twin’ with two single beds. (Please give advance notice if ‘Twin’ is required.)
Bedroom 2: Large double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.
Bedroom 3: Single sized bedroom with bunk beds, small chest of drawers and under-bed storage.
Patio: Large external patio area with table and seating. Access via patio doors in dining area.
Sun Lounge: Large secluded Sun Lounge off hall landing with conservatory style seating and tables.
