The apartment is located in the historic center, three minutes from the Neptune fountain and within walking distance of all the most important artistic and culinary destinations of the city.
In this neighborhood you can breathe an atmosphere of "ville lumière" and it seems to be back in time thanks to the Bolognese nightlife made up of typical restaurants, theaters, cinemas and walks.
Bologna is a city that must be lived while walking, to fall in love with you at every step!

The apartment is on the first floor of an ancient building dating back to the early 1900s, with an elevator.

The space of 40 square meters is suitable to comfortably accommodate four people.

Living room. Double sofa bed, kitchenette with coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle and various kitchen utensils.
Bathroom. Shower box, bidet and toilet.
Bedroom. Double bed, wardrobe.
Other services available to guests. Free wifi, air conditioning, television, washing machine with dryer, iron and hair dryer.

All identity documents of the residents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law.

Late check in:
- From 9.30 pm to 11.00 pm - Euro 25.00
- From 11.00 pm - 12.00 pm - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40,00

Late check out: 20 euros
SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit, of 100 euros, will be collected in cash upon arrival and released at check out, subject to monitoring of the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated based on the number of guests and the number of nights.

Great home base for exploring Bologna

Small but totally functional apartment in the heart of old Bologna, with everything we needed. Check-in was easy and the space was surprisingly quiet given all the activity nearby. We were there during a heat wave, so the air conditioning was indispensable. Great stay overall!

Great work stay

We wanted a place that was convenient to the sites, but also close to where we needed to catch a bus for a work event. Though small, it was perfect for us. Very convenient location, had all of the amenities you could want, and check-in was easy.

Bologna Experience

This is an excellent choice for people who want to be in proximity of fine restaurants historical landmarks and stay in a historic location. Palo was very helpful and even accommodated us when we were delayed getting to the property. Don’t be afraid of a short staircase as there is an elevator that works great. Clean, and quiet!

Great Location but amenities could be better.

The location was great, and fairly quiet in a bustling neighborhood with darkening shades. There is an elevator. The outside of building is beautiful and the property manager was prompt and communicative. Cons: no microwave and no paper towels, no washing machine pods, no salt or pepper or cooking oil, no coffee maker though there was a French press that didn’t work very well- these accommodations that are typical of my other vrbo stays in Italy were missing. Who has time to shop for these items when travelling and trying to settle in quickly which is the point of a Vrbo. . The remodel that took place several years ago could use some sprucing up. Broken soap dish, walls could use paint job. The hard wood floors were nice.

spotless elegant apartment in heart of historic part of city

The place is beautiful and centrally located, and the people involved with the property that we met were very helpful. The doorman goes out of way to assist guests and so did Daniele, who made suggestions for where to find anything like pharmacies or cash machines. We do not speak much Italian but they made an effort to explain things to us. Highly recommended place.

Wonderful stay

the apartment is exactly as in the photos. All reformed. Impeccable. Location great, you can do everything on foot. Good Wi-Fi. I would stay there again.
