Wonderful location

We loved this place. It was clean, beautiful and in a perfect location. I liked how close it was to a station. Shichijo station could basically go anywhere we needed. Also our house was far enough from the tourist crowdd but bear enough shopping and restaurants. There is a hairstylist next door,Masaya-san of Hair Harare have it's gray haircuts!

Outstanding stay

At first when you’re tired it seems like a bit of a walk from Kyoto stn. But once you’re rested it’s not that far a walk at all. The neighborhood is really quiet surrounded by other boutique hotels. This is an outstanding stay for a family. Had my 3 teen daughters and their friend. So six total with plenty of room. Very clean and new with lots of room. I even found an out of the way corner to hide in the middle of the night to take a conference call back stateside. The soaking tub was needed after 20k+ steps ea day. Not too far walking from Sanjusangen-do and the museum. Easy bus ride to Gion. Absolutely top of my list to stay next time with family in Kyoto.
