Compact but all you required within the property. Lovely and clean. Good for short stay and great location! Small heating issue when we arrived that was resolved and someone round within minutes..Tip top friendly service from reporting to resolution. Accommodated us also with different dates at very short notice when they could have just kept the money within the terms and conditions. I would only ask a door mat is popped down at the front door inside as no hoover in property to help keep the carpet clean if dirt in kitchen. Not an issue as such and more an observation. We loved the area and bakery bang opposite with a great variety. Thank you for our stay.
Loved our stay in Rock. Everything was as advertised and very tidy. It’s admittedly a bit of a small space, but you don’t need much more if you’re out and about during the day!

The cottage was small but perfect for a bolt hole for 2/3 people. The local amenities were fantastic. The local pub, Pityme Inn was very nice, food good. It was about 15 minutes walk to the Rock /Padstow ferry. The Mariners was fabulous, as was the Rock Inn.
The camel valley wine tasting was absolutely gorgeous. Took a lovely walk to Polzeath via the Enodoc golf course. Following the white stones via Jesus well. (Slight detour) then back on the path after some fantastic guidance by one of the locals. We followed the trail again via the very scenic coastline to Daymer Bay and then finally dropping down into Polzeath. Simply stunning
Comfortable and warm, convenient for all local amenities, we enjoyed our week thank you.

Ok
a little too small but okay issues with the bins previous visitors had not bagged their waste and so bin collectors just left it in the bin and the party next store didn't put their bins out to be emptied ( failed to read the house guide notes ) and so they just left nappies in bags on the floor .around the bins
Superb little cottage right next to the bakery on Rock Road. Nice sunny terrace at the back. Good WiFi and a 15 minute walk to Rock-Padstow ferry. Only improvement might be a dishwasher.
Small but perfectly formed, Excellent local Baker & Deli. Cottage well placed for local visits. If you fancy Port Isaac suggest you arrive before dinner or face a long walk up hill back to the carpark.Daymer beach a must.
