IIaria was an excellent host. She was very thorough at check in showing us everything in detail which was very much appreciated. Great location to everything in Venice as it is about a minute to get to Rialto Bridge. There is 3 levels of stairs to go up and get to the apartment but that just provides much needed cardio after a Venetian lunch or dinner. Would definitely stay here again

Ilaria and her staff where excellent hosts, helping us with any questions and also to navigate the water taxi to and from the airport. Then location couldn't have been any better! We would stay here again!

I have had the blessings to visit Venice several times and this was my favorite place. This apt overlooked the Rialto bridge in the heart of Venice . Plenty space beautiful apt.

Enjoyed the view out the windows of the Canal Grande, the bridge and all the activities taking place on the canal. Was close to the sites we want to visit. It worked out wonderfully for our group of 8.

A wonderful apartment with an incredible view of the Rialto Bridge. We watched the Historical Regatta from the apartment windows - Amazing! The location is perfect. All major sites, the water taxi, and grocery stores are within walking distance. We would return in a heartbeat!

Great location in Venice

Owner is very helpful, responds quickly to questions whether months before arrival or if needed first thing in the morning. Location is great for the ages in our family (9 - 74 years)

Fabulous Venice apartment

This place was absolutely fantastic. Roomy well-equipped, clean and perfect location. Ilaria was extremely responsive and helpful even reserving transportation to and from the train station an airport. Definitely recommend this property!
