Located on the two last floors of an eighteen century Palace with extraordinary views especially from its terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city, the Grand Canal and La Salute

This lightfull apartment of more than 4.500 sqft, with elevator access, is located at the two last floors of the palace and offers no less than 3 living-rooms, including a music room upstairs of around 1.000 sqft, a dining-room for up to 10 guests, a huge fully equiped kitchen, five bedrooms (3 doubles, 1 twin and 1 single) as well as 3 bathrooms.

Public waterbus stop (Vaporetto line 1) at 20 meters from the entrance of the palace with a direct access to all the main city spots trough the Grand Canal as well as a direct waterbus line (Allilaguna) to (and from) the Marco Polo airport.

Everything about this stay was perfect. We only wished that we had planned to stay longer. The amenities for laundry were very helpful. Staying here made us feel like we were REALLY in Venice and it allowed 8 of us to not feel on top of one another.

A Magical Stay in the Heart of Venice — Highly Recommend!Where do we even begin? This property truly exceeded every expectation. The location is simply unreal — Venice is magical on its own, but being situated right where we were made everything effortless and immersive.The apartment itself is wonderfully spacious and very well equipped — everything we needed was already there, and the in-unit laundry machine was such a practical bonus (a genuine lifesaver after a few days of exploring!). The beauty of Venice captured in a villa

Fantastic Venetian Apartment on the Grand Canal

We spent two weeks traveling Italy, and this apartment was one of the real highlights. Two floors with a rooftop deck, overlooking the grand canal, tucked away on quiet little square, this place is as good as it gets.

Perfect Location in Venice

This has to be one of the best places to stay in Venice. Property is beautiful, spacious, and fit our group of 9 perfectly. It is just a few steps away from the vaporetto stop so is very easy with luggage. A glass of wine on the rooftop after a long day is one of our best memories of the trip.
