About the host

Host profile image
We are a family of four (and very old dog) living in Bristol where we spend most weekends mountain biking in Leigh Woods when not visiting Pembrokeshire.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this part of Pembrokeshire after spending many years holidaying here. We stumbled upon Bangeston in a state or disrepair and decided to embark on an eco refit.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the fantastic beaches, wildlife and the countryside that this area offers and love relaxing, surfing and just being on the beach building sandcastles or exploring rockpools. Many can be deserted even in the height of summer and Freshwater West is world class in all respects. We think we have created a special place with its traditional wobbly walls and old fashioned slate floors but with the comforts of underfloor heating.
