Villa, sleeps 7/8 comfortably in four rooms, each with ensuite facilities.
Dining Room and terraces overlook the Principality and Cathedral. Close to the Port of Cap d'Ail, the beach Plage Marquet and Stade Louis II.
Private parking and pool available from May.1920 Villa, fully renovated in 2018, located a few metres from the Monaco border, near shops, pharmacy, patisserie, bar & restaurants. Beach and Tennis 5 minutes walk connected with public elevator. The house has all comforts, terraced garden with new pool and 40 sq m terrace to enjoy view on sea and Monaco rock. Luxury bed linen used throughout with shutters and blackout curtains. Monaco public bus services 3/4/5 near by.
Ground floor : dinning room/ kitchen/ living room al in a open space . Studio with single bed and bathroom off the living room
First floor: two bedrooms with queen bed / twin bed on request and a third bedroom with a queen bed only option. All with en-suite bathroom and shower.

A week in Cap d'Ail

Fantastic property and hosts. Property was well appointed and clean. Well located for restaurants and a quick walk or drive to Monaco. Short trip to Eze too. The deck overlooking the sea was incredibly nice and a good place to Strat the day or unwind with a cocktail in the evening.

Beautiful Home In Excellent Location

My family and I stayed in this wonderful home in May of 2023. The property has been recently renovated and is clean and in great condition. The villa has large and modern open kitchen, was a great place for us to make and enjoy meals! The bedrooms all have comfortable beds and air-conditioning. The location is amazing, with a few small shops and a restaurant within 5 mins walking and then many more shops in Monaco within a 15-20 minutes walk or a short drive. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were very welcoming! Overall a great stay and we would love to return.

The best VRBO experience ever

Romina and Patrick are lovely hosts and their home is beautiful. I hope that we are able to rent their home again. This hone has everything you would need and more. The location is only a few minutes away from Monaco, it’s close to the beach, restaurants and the market. You over look the palace and part of Monaco, there are many terraces and the landscapes is gorgeous. Thank you, Patrick and Romina. PS your sheet are the best!!

Beautfiul and relaxing, yet close to everything

We spent an amazing 6 days at this property, and it is fabulous. The inside of the house is modern, comfortable and efficient. All the rooms are air-conditioned and have blackout curtains for comfortable and restful sleep. The kitchen is fully-equipped and well-designed. The outside has an incredible old-world charm and landscaping/gardening that makes for a relaxing oasis just steps from Monaco and the beaches of Cap d-Ail. Grape vines, olive trees and flowering bushes offer shade and privacy. The pool was incredibly refreshing on hot summer days. We spent most of our time outside taking in the views and the sea breezes. Patrick was a gracious and informative host who gave us a personal overview of the place when we arrived. He got in touch with us several days before we arrived to make sure we knew how to get there and what to expect. There was even a partially stocked fridge and a bottle of wine all ready for us when we arrived! Book this property if you're considering a trip to the Riviera - of the dozens of rentals I've made through VRBO, it's probably the nicest place I've ever stayed. Thanks Patrick and Romina!

Great location near Monaco

We stayed at the villa at the end of June. It was our base for ‘day trips’ around the area. Located in Cap D’ail you are literally on the doorstep of Monaco. Walking into Monaco is quite easy, as is access to the beach in Cap D’Ail. The villa is well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is modern and spacious. There are large indoor and outdoor dining areas. The large open plan dining, kitchen and lounge area also has a comfortable sofa and chairs if you want to watch some movies. The high speed internet & wifi was great. There are plenty of European TV channels and if you want to plug in a ChromeCast or AppleTV there is an easily accessed HDMI cable. Also, there is a Sonos audio system. The bedrooms are comfortable and there is PLENTY of storage space. The house also has several air conditioning units which we found the be quite effective on the hotter days. Outside, the pool is great for cooling off. There are also several outdoor spaces with tables, chairs, loungers etc. Within 5mins walk of the villa are a pharmacy, boulangerie and a small market. It’s not much further to a large Carrefour supermarket. There are a few restaurants just below the villa and a couple more at the Cap D’Ail beach.

Amazing stay in a beautiful villa!

This beautiful villa lived up to all of our expectations, and was even better than the photos! Beautiful fruit trees, grape vines, and bougainvillea made the multi level terraces a sublime place to spend sunny mornings, lazy afternoons, and romantic evenings. The home is wonderfully renovated, very comfortable, and has all the amenities you would need for a short or long term stay. It is located at the top of a hill, but everything you need like a grocery store, patisserie, and pharmacy are below the home within a 5 minute walk. Restaurants close by and the beach is just about 10 minutes. Definitely a gem!!

Fabulous house near Monaco

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful and perfectly appointed villa. It was even better than the pictures. The house is surrounded by serveral terraces with fruit, olive and grape trees, creating an oasis of tranquility. The view is spectacular over the sea, hills and the Palace of Monaco. The location is excellent. The beaches are only a 5 minute walk with nice restaurants. You can easily reach Monaco by bus 5-10 minutes. A nice shopping center is nearby. The owners were very friendly and very helpful giving us tips and recommendations to make our stay perfect.
