Alice house in Punta Prosciutto Porto Cesareo LE

Villetta Alice is composed of two bedrooms, a veranda, a kitchenette and two bathrooms, one of which is outside. The two bedrooms are both furnished with a double bed and on request we can add a single bed in each of them. The living area is located on the covered veranda, where meals can be taken. The kitchen is located next to the veranda and away from the rooms for greater comfort and comfort. The garden and the courtyard around the house are oases for relaxation, with a table and chairs to have lunch or dinner, organize a barbecue and plenty of space for children to play.

The holiday home is 300 meters from the beach of Lido degli Angeli - Punta Prosciutto.

La Villetta is equipped with the following comforts: TV, oven, washing machine, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, outdoor shower, portable barbecue, parking space and boat mooring. The area is not served by an aqueduct, the water system is fed by an artesian well for domestic use.

It can accommodate from 2 to 6 people, from 5 to 6 with supplement.

Villetta Alice is located in the heart of Punta Prosciutto, also called Lido degli Angeli, a fraction of Porto Cesareo.
The nearest beach, about 300 meters from the villa, has a tropical charm with fine, golden sand, the first places among the most beautiful and renowned beaches of Salento. It is bordered by secular dunes up to 8 meters high covered by the typical Mediterranean vegetation of Salento. The sea is clear with shallow and sandy bottoms. You can use spaces with a free beach or choose between two adjacent establishments equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and a bar, where you can enjoy a fleeting meal.
At about 300 meters you can find a bar with mini market, newsagent and tobacconist.
