VILLA MOLEIRO-LA TEJITA

Beautiful penthouse overlooking the ocean, the Teide and the nature reserve of the red mountain. It has two terraces and a balcony. Located in La Tejita, el Médano, with an annual average temperature between 19 and 24º. Come to disconnect in our two swimming pools and green areas, and just 2 minutes walk from the beach.

The bed linen and towels, the crockery up to 6 pax, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, high chair for baby, cot, extra bed, bed railing, sun loungers for the pool, books to disconnect for a while, speaker to plug the mobile and listen to music, board games, toys and fully equipped kitchen, is offered in this apartment.

Very close to rent bicycles, horses, utensils for water sports, all that and more can be found at Villa Molerio- La Tejita.
It has two smart tv with internet access (netflix, HBO, YouTube, etc) also with pendrive option to watch movies.

The Sotavento III complex Presents a high quality of construction and the area has its own shopping center supplied with supermarket, restaurants, hairdresser, gym, etc. Place with wide variety of cultural offer, very close to the airport, in a privileged environment and high quality of life.

The use of a car is not essential. Pass a bus every hour directly in front of the complex to the station of Christians and the Americas. At night the last bus returns just before midnight. The price of a taxi from the Americas is 15 euros.

Amazing honeymoon

I'ts a lovely, quiet area with a beautiful beach right near. The owners were so helpful with everything that we needed, like how to get to places and attraction and which places are the best. the apartment is well equipped and very clean with nice furnishing. we loved every second of our holiday. we recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect holiday.

Lovely cozy apartment in quite area

We (two adults and a 9 year old) stayed in Yinet's apartment for a week. The apartment was perfect for us. It was in a quiet area but close to nice restaurants and a supermarket. It was a good base for exploring both the north and south of the island by car. The rooms are clean, air conditioning was great, fully equipped kitchen and nice balconies. We certainly enjoyed Tenerife thanks to Yinet's apartment!

Fue maravilloso.

Llevamos visitando la isla de Tenerife todos los años desde 2011. Hasta ahora, hemos deambulado de un piso a otro y nunca hemos podido tener el mismo alojamiento dos veces, porque por lo general ya estaban totalmente reservados. Por lo tanto, conocemos muchos pisos y podemos hacer comparaciones objetivas. Villa Moleiro, donde fuimos huéspedes durante 4 semanas, era el alojamiento más limpio que hemos encontrado hasta ahora. Esto también es visible en las pequeñas cosas. La caja de la cama estaba muy limpia y ordenada, sin suciedad escondida en rincones inaccesibles de las habitaciones. El cajón de los cubiertos estaba ordenado, al igual que el resto de cajones. Y estas son las pequeñas cosas en las que se nota que los propietarios hacen que los huéspedes pasen unas vacaciones agradables. Es muy destacable que los anfitriones son atentos, preguntan si está todo o si falta algo. La comunicación es muy relajada, también se habla inglés. Es fácil trabajar con los utensilios de cocina, todo lo necesario está disponible. Normalmente no usamos aire acondicionado, pero septiembre/octubre fue inusualmente caluroso. Las temperaturas eran mucho más altas de lo normal. Afortunadamente, hay aire acondicionado, que utilizamos en este caso. Lo pasamos muy bien en Tenerife y no en último lugar gracias al apartamento. Volveremos de nuevo. Muchas gracias por todo.

MARAVILLOSOS DÍAS

Nuestra estancia en Villa Moleiro ha sido maravillosa! El apartamento tiene de todo y más para sentirte como en casa: limpio, ordenado, bien ubicado y con un montòn de utensilios, detalles y facilidades para hacer tu estancia muy agradable! En poco sitios nos hemos quedado que estén tan bien! Yinet y su marido fueron muy agradables y la comunicación con ellos fue siempre muy fluida. Sin duda, un lugar recomendable 100x100 y al que volveremos desde que podamos. Gracias a los dos!

Vi blev meget venligt modtaget og fik al den hjælp vi havde behov for under vores ophold. Lejligheden er velindrettet og opfyldte alle vores behov. Lejligheden er ugenert beliggende i et dejlig kompleks med stor swimmingpool. Den store sandstrand tæt på skal fremhæves som et plus. Ligeledes hvor overraskende lidt vi bemærkede lufthavnen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr unkomplizierten Aufenthalt. Das unser Flugzeug erst Mitternacht in Teneriffa ankam stellte überhaupt kein Problem dar. Alles verlief reibungslos. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Yinet und Alex waren sehr hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen.😉😊

Traumappartement für Beachlovers - mit kleinen Schwächen

Geräumiges, sehr modern eingerichtetes, helles und sauberes Appartement mit ausnehmend aufmerksamen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Blitzblank und frisch eingerichtet ist die Villa Moleiro ein super Ort, um den Süden der Insel von einer besonderen Seite abseits der Touristenmassen zu erleben. Technische Ausstattung ist super, z.B. neuer Fernseher, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine etc. Die Gastgeber sind ausnehmend freundlich, immer für einen da, antworten blitzschnell per Handy und echt hilfreich. Ein paar kleine Schwächen gibt es bei der Ausstattung der Küche - Kochgeschirr ist da, aber eher Minimalausstattung. Appartment liegt in oberster Etage, deshalb kann sich bei Sonne im Sommer schon Mal die Hitze stauen. Kriegt man aber mit den sehr großen eingebauten Ventilatoren schnell in den Griff.

Maravilloso!!! Volveremos

Encantada de haber estado en este alojamiento. Fui con mis dos niños y se divirtieron de lo lindo en la piscina y en el mar, que fue donde más les gustó. Montaron a caballo muy cerca del complejo y por las noches degustamos varios de los restaurantes y tasca que están justo cruzando la calle. Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos en todo momento por Yinet y Tico. Muy pendientes de si nos hacía falta algo. El apartamento está en perfectas condiciones, limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos. Graciass!! Nos vemos año próximo. Saludos.

A little jewel in Tenerife

The best holydays in my life!!! I Will be back, no doubt. The apartment is spacius and confortable, modern, two wonderfull terraces, the swiming pool is fantastic, However we spend all the time in the beach (only 5 minuts walking). My children and I rented bikes near the house. Thank you very much to the landlord, very kind.

Ideal para ir en pareja o con niños y practicar deportes. La playa estaba a sólo dos minutos caminando si bordeas el centro comercial hay un atajo que te lleva directo. Los anfitriones son muy atentos y siempre disponibles. El piso todo nuevo y equipado totalmente con horno y cocina y microondas para cocinar lo que apetezca. El super mercado cruzando la calle para todo lo necesario y en el mismo centro comercial repleto de restaurantes con comidas hindú, italiana, mexicana, asiática, tasca, crepería, heladería, peluquería, en fin, todo lo que se nos ocurra. Quedé encantada con el sitio por lo tranquilo y la variedad de oferta: monté a caballo cerca de allí, alquilamos bicicletas en el Médano ( a unos minutos en coche del piso) en BIKE POINT, me fui a la Plaza Roja del Médano que estaba lleno de vida y de bares y restaurantes, además de con otra playa inmejorable. Espero regresar si este alojamiento está disponible el próximo año. Muchas gracias Yinet y Tico por todo.

alojamiento perfecto

Estuve en abril en esta propiedad y me encantó. El apartamento esta muy bien equipado para 4 y es muy espacioso. Tiene dos terrazas muy cómodas para descansar, para tener un buen desayuno, etc . Tiene dos Smart tv una en el salón y otra en el dormitorio. La playa está a pocos minutos andando y el complejo cuenta con dos piscinas: una para niños y otra para adultos. Ideal para desconectar. Regresaré sin duda.

Estupendo alojamiento, con seguridad repetiré!

El apartamento está en una zona inmejorable, a 5 minutos estábamos en la playa La Tejita, en el Médano. La zona es una reserva natural y la urbanización es muy tranquila. El apartamento nos encantó, tiene dos terrazas con unas vistas envidiables, una al Teide y al mar y la otra tiene vistas a la playa de la Tejita y a las dos piscinas del complejo. Esta terraza tiene una silla - columpio ideal para sentarse relajadamente a leer un libro o tomarse un vinito disfrutando de las vistas, aunque para mí fue un poco difícil sentarme relajadamente por los niños, jejeje, pero he de decir que en esos días la playa estaba muy buena y pudimos disfrutar mucho jugando a la pelota en la arena con los niños y dando paseos por la zona. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, cuidado y bien equipado, y los anfitriones estuvieron muy atentos en todo momento. Cuando visite de nuevo Tenerife seguro repito en esa zona y en ese alojamiento .
