Beautiful Beach Cottage w/ Private Heated Pool & Spa - Heart of Sunset Beach

Come enjoy the Beach Today! This quaint cottage has 2 bedroom 1 bathroom located steps from the beach. It is fully equipped and furnished with luxury linens on brand new queen size beds. Each bedroom has a matching chest for plenty of clothes storage. There is a brand new washer and dryer in one of the bedrooms for your convenience. The large living room is perfect for entertaining and relaxing after a full day at the beach or one of the local establishments. In the living room, there is a brand new sectional coach that converts to a sleeper sofa. And if you need a little in-house entertaining, we have a few board games for your entertainment. The cottage is located in Treasure Island, Sunset Beach, 1 block from the beautiful sandy beach featuring the best sunsets and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The entire cottage was recently renovated, new paint, all new floor tiles, a total beach theme. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a microwave, cooktop and range, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and knife set. The cottage has FREE wireless internet and a Smart Samsung 60" HD ROKU TV located in the living room and also 32" ROKU TV's are in each bedroom. YouTube TV is our streaming service for your use for FREE as well as all the other streaming shows are available on the SmartTV's. There is an iron and ironing board for your use as well. We recently added a Pool Heater keeping the pool warm year-round and the Spa heats in under 15 minutes to up to 104 degrees...so relax and enjoy!

The cottage is within walking distance of several bars and restaurants like the Caddy's Beach Bar, Ka Tiki (locals favorite), Ricky T's, SeaDogs and Sloppy Joes. Free Beach Ride & Island Hoppers offer a free ride for a tip to and from all of these local establishments if you prefer to ride. Uber k&^ Lyft also service the area and are another very convenient means to getting to downtown St. Pete, Johns Pass, Madeira or farther - frankly, once you are on Sunset Beach, you wont want to leave, for there is no reason too. You will love this area and the Beach Cottage.

The property is entirely fence in so it is very private. The exterior of the property is under video surveillance for your and our protection. The heated pool and spa are available for your use and a great way to cool off from a hot day on the beach. Many water sports like jet ski's, dolphin watch tours, boats, island hop tours, etc., etc. are all available for rental just minutes away. Sunset Beach is the Gem of Treasure Island, that is why it is such a sought after, popular property, like no where else in the area...believe me, we know...we live here! Your host Robb & Ivette

Staying in paradise

I recommend this cute cottage. The cottage is very nice, fishing dock, pool and location all good. Host are very nice and accommodating. Beds are extremely comfortable, well stocked kitchen.

Perfect seaside vacation spot

Lovely little beach cottage with spectacular outdoor amenities. We used this as a base for a short seaside vacation, and it was everything we needed. The cottage suited us just fine, but it was the outdoor amenities that really shone--hot tub, pool, dock, and lots of comfortable seating to enjoy it all.

Everything was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Not only was the house comfortable and cozy, the grounds absolutely stunning but the Robb and Ivette were the best hosts we’ve ever had. Fabulous

From beginning to end, our stay was absolutely delightful. The owners were incredibly accommodating, going so far as to allow us early entry to the property when our flight arrived ahead of schedule. This property was all we could have hoped for! It was clean with really nice amenities (appliances, towels, beach supplies, tvs, etc). The pool and outdoor areas were amazing! We never used VRBO before but will definitely be back to this location!

Great Location, Beautiful Property

We had a great getaway. The owners were very nice and helpful. The location was awesome- could walk anywhere or call a free beach ride. The property was super clean inside and outside. It was a wonderful break from real life and cold Chicago!

Lovely property

What a treat to spend the day on the beach swimming in the Gulf and return home to a beautiful property with your own private pool and a stunning view of the bay. Robb and Ivette were the perfect hosts. The accommodations were comfortable, clean and the amenities were above and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you loved meeting the boys!

Never wanted to leave!

The cottage was clean and had everything we needed! It was perfect for our girls trip. We loved the location and the fact that our walk to the beach was short. The whole property is beautiful! Happy relaxing get-away!

When unforseen circumstances prevented my trip, the hosts worked with me to reschedule and make it happen later. The owners are friendly and unobtrusive, super responsive and helpful. We enjoyed being a block from the beach and a short walk or drive to fun restauraunts. The dali museum was excellent - a must visit! We were comfortable and happy and really enjoyed this cheerful little beach-y house!

Amazing location, awesome house!

If you are looking to relax, this place is amazing! Right on the water and a pool/hot tub! The house is perfect although we spent all our time outside! It rained the one day and we hung outside under the giant umbrellas by the water playing card games. Totally would recommend Ivette and Robb’s place to anyone! If we visit this area again, will surely want to stay here!

Oasis by the Intercoastal

My husband and I needed a vacation, but wanted a peaceful place to get away from the crowds. The property is absolutely beautiful, the bungalow is adorable and the location is perfect. The beds are very comfortable and the pool and patios are lovely. All in all a wonderful place for a vacation. Thank you for being so responsive to all of our questions.

Cloudy Day Fun!

Rob and Ivette are delightful and the sweet home was immaculate! Weather was a bit cold and cloudy but we still had a great time as they kept the spacious hot tub ready to go! Perfect home if the weather is not cooperating! We would love to return!

Sunset Beach Gem

Even with Tropical Storm Alberto rolling through, we had a fantastic time here! The cottage has all you need - is updated, clean, and decorated beach-style. Great location on the waterway, short walk to beach and a few bars/restaurants. The outdoor space is really what makes this the best with the pool, grilling, and seating area with sectional and picnic table. Rob and Ivette were excellent hosts and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

We now offer our new property and cottage with plenty of outdoor living area to share with those who visit. We look forward to hosting you, Robb & Ivette

Why they chose this property

It is SO difficult to find a PRIVATE heated pool and spa on Sunset Beach. Rather than share the pool with all the residents, our private outdoor living area is perfect either before you head to the beach, or after a long day sunning at the beach. The property has an outdoor kitchen with Gas Grill, Heated Pool & Spa, plenty of lounge chairs for outdoor living, or a nap after a long day. Ka' Tiki and Caddys are a short walk away, perfect times with friends and lots of new fond memories.

What makes this property unique

The property consist of a main house and the cottage. The entire property is fenced in for privacy. You will find lush gardens, palm trees, cacti, an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, outdoor showers to rinse off, beach toys and chairs for your use, a PRIVATE large heated pool & spa and lots of outdoor living area to relax, have beer, a glass or wine or whatever you wish after a nice day at the beach. Conveniently located to all the local establishments, yet just far enough away so that it is quiet and private. Come and enjoy!
