This completely new, luxurious penthouse is located in the coastal village of Guardamar del Segura with its 11-km-long white sandy beach, located in the province of Alicante - Costa Blanca South.
The airport of Alicante and Murcia are both just a 30-minute drive away.

The penthouse has on one side a magnificent view of the sea and the nature park with its hiking trails, on the other side you have a panoramic view of the river "Segura" and the mountains.
You can enjoy the sun all year round on the large roof terrace with garden furniture from early in the morning until late in the evening.

The first bedroom has a double bed of 180 cm.
The second bedroom has a double bed of 150 cm + a single height bed.
Furnished for a maximum of 5 people.
The first bathroom has a washbasin and toilet, a bathtub with built-in Jacuzzi and overlooks the sea and dunes.
The second bathroom has a sink, toilet and a walk-in rain shower that overlooks the river and mountains.
The beds are made upon arrival and towels are at your disposal.

We're originaly from Belgium (the Flemish part). We live in the South of France in the castle of Cahuzac, better known as Château Portos. In the cold wintermonths we like to go to the always sunny and warm Costa Blanca. When we can't go orself, we rent our penthouse with pleasure.

Why they chose this property

We bought this new penthouse because of his breathtaking views and for his big roofterrace where you have all day long sun from early in the morning until late in the evening.
Quietly located yet within walking distance of the center, the shops and the beach.

What makes this property unique

At the front you have a first line view of the sea and the large park with palm trees and pine trees (where you can walk in). But also from the back you have a very nice view of the river "Segura", as well as the mountains in the hinterland. Neither in the front nor at the back do we have neighbors, so you can enjoy the view.
