Wonderful Sea House in Sardinia

Three room apartment (6 beds) within a newly built Sardinian styled residence.
It's made of :
a large living room with a sofa double bed and with a cooking wall, equipped with all kitchen equipment;
a large master bedroom ,
a second room with two beds;
a panoramic veranda facing both the sea and the surrounding hills
Sardinian style furnishing.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower box
Accessories: television set, washing machine, oven, iron
The house is quite cool and well aired.
Private park
The sea is some 1 km far from the house. One of the nearest beaches is Porto Taverna ( preferred by family groups) and then there are several others in the nearby.
The position is strategic: one may easily reach many resort areas such as S. Teodoro (5 km) or Porto S. Paolo (4 Km) and places of interest: tourism, sports, history, food and wine.


All Sports opportunities in the neighbourhood: sailing, diving, canoeing, jet skiing, water skiing, riding, windsurfing, kite surfing, golf, tennis, quad, hiking, ultralight flight, biking.

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub im Appartement von Massimo, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und alles verfügbar was man benötigt in einer Ferienwohnung ! Der Ausblick war traumhaft in Richtung mehr und viele tolle Stände in unmittelbarer Umgebung mit dem Auto erreichbar. Den beschriebenen Grill und Whirlpool haben wir nicht gefunden, was uns aber nicht gestört hat! Eine Klimaanlage wäre fein gewesen zum Schlafen nachts bei 25C Temperatur! Wichtig zu wissen es ist kein WLAN verfügbar in dem Appartement.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt bald wieder! Danke auch an Edita für die herzliche Begrüßung am Anreisetag!

Geschmackvolle, sehr saubere Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig, sowohl in der Küche (Geschirr/Töpfe/Pfannen), im Schlafzimmer (Bett/Matratze), als auch die Dusche im Bad: alles top (wir hatten selten so eine tolle Dusche), und der Balkon ist richtig groß und bietet einen schattigen Platz.Einziges Manko ist eigentlich nur, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Wir waren jetzt Ende Juni/Anfang Juli dort und es war so unglaublich heiß, dass eine Klimaanlage sehr gut getan hätte. Da die Wohnung in der ersten Etage ist, war es kaum bis gar nicht möglich, die Temperatur herunterzukühlen. Ansonsten war es ein ruhiges und angenehmes Wohnen, wir würden dort wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unglaublich freundlich, prompt und zuvorkommend. Die Kontaktperson vor Ort war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Einen Tipp noch am Rande: das Restaurant "Vizi & Sfizi" in unmittelbarer Nähe ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Soggiorno in costa smeralda

La casa è situata in una posizione ottima, a 10 min di macchina da San Teodoro e in posizione strategica per raggiungere i principali luoghi della costa smeralda. L’host è stato gentile e disponibile a venirci incontro con i nostri orari di check in e check out. La casa ha un terrazzino stupendo e la cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario. Consiglio vivamente, sia a famiglie che ad amici!! :)

Una experiencia muy agradable

Hemos disfrutado de unas maravillosas vacaciones en Cerdeña en casa de Massimo en el mes de Agosto. La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotografías, todo en buen estado. Hemos podido disfrutar mucho de la terraza para desayunar y cenar, y Massimo es una persona muy cercana, pendiente en todo momento de que te sientas a gusto. Como puntos a mejorar, quizás se echa de menos un ventilador, (coincidimos con unos días de bastante calor que no bajaba apenas por la noche) y el control de las hormigas (hay muchas zonas verdes, y se veían pequeñas hormigas en la casa). La casa se encuentra muy bien situada para ir a San Teodoro (10 minutos en coche) o Porto San Paolo (7 min en coche), y explorar las playas y calas de la zona, realmente increíbles (Porto Taverna, La Cinta, Lu Impostu), incluso mas lejanas como la de Budoni (con un parking de 2€ el día). En resumen hemos estado muy a gusto, y sin duda lo recomendamos.
