Charming apartment for 4 people, located on the first floor of a completely renovated townhouse.
Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the harbor, St Malo and Solidor Tower.
It includes an entrance hall, a kitchen separated by a bar, lounge, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, 1 separate toilet, the rooms have large closets.
A sheltered terrace of 30 sqm allows to enjoy the sun safely. (Garden furniture and sun)
The city center, the market (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday), restaurants, casino, cinema, the pier, the Olympic pool with sea water is 5 mins walk.
You can reach the city center by the Clair de Lune promenade located 50 m from the apartment.
Beautiful walks on customs trails have their starting near Priory of the beach and offers links to the dam of the Rance.

Fabulous views!

We have stayed at this property several times, as it is very pleasant. Filled with sunlight, with a rare large deck viewing the estuary. Odile is a wonderful host, always accommodating. We love to go into the village on foot, buy a lobster, and enjoy eating it on the beautiful deck. Very restful and relaxing stay.

The terrace and the view are breathtaking, as well as Dinard and St. Malo which made each of our days special. Cleanliness was a bit limited, that we cleaned up a bit after our arrival.

Everything was perfect. The appartment, the situation and the view from the appartment were amazing. There was a restaurant only 2 minutes walk away that served exceptional meals. We hope to return.

The location was excellent as also was the view from the balcony. 10 minutes walk to a supermarket, 2 minutes to boulangerie (which I visited each morning for excellent pastries and croissants), 10 minutes to town. Parking a bit of a problem and was disappointed to have to pay 50 euros for cleaning, and 25 euros for linen per bedroom. Overall a very enjoyable week.

Perfect apartment with perfect view

Suited us very well. Well equipped, comfy beds, Smart TV, dishwasher and washing machine with laundry drying rack. Photos don’t do it justice. The sun terrace is wonderful, with fantastic views across the Rance and to St Malo. Within walking distance of food shops and countless restaurants and having the Promenade Clair de Lune on our doorstep was fantastic. Great for running/walking. My husband used the sea water pool every day. This was a great apartment, in a perfect location and made great use of the available space. We loved it

Four of us shared this beautiful appartment with a deck and fantastic view of the bay. It is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Odile was kind and responsive and easy to work with---no probems whatsoever. Dinard is a wonderful vacation town...so much to do and see, and this appartment situated in an ideal location makes for a perfect vacation!! Thank you Odile--I hope to see you again in the future--Nancy Tres merveilleux cet appartment qui donne la baie. Das Appartement ist hervorragend gelegen, nahe der Bootsanlegestelle nach St. Malo, Claire de la lune.Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, alles vorhanden und noch viel mehr. Tolle große Küche. Das Bett ist sehr bequem mit guter Matratze.Einzges Manko: Die Handtücher hätten schöner sein können und einr der beiden Waschlappen war sehr dünn.

Nous avons sejourné dans cet appartement 1 semaine. Il est idéalement situé, et même si nous n'avons pas eu beau temps (ça ne se commande pas..) nous pouvions admirer la vue superbe.
