About this property

Attractive Waddington village house

A delightful semi detached property situated in the heart of sought after Waddington village. A lovely quaint village with a babbling brook and beautiful Coronation Garden. The property is deceptively spacious property at the end of a cul de sac. Ideal for a large families or group of friends. Lingmell is newly kitted out to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay. As owners we live close by to assist with check in and anything else.
The ground floor has a large open plan kitchen and dining area, and an adjoining living room. Bi-fold doors open out onto the garden area, which has lovely countryside views. There is a second living room with log burning stove for cosy nights in. First floor there are three bedrooms; master bedroom with an en-suite shower; a zip and link bedroom to make either a superking bed or two single beds; and a bunk bed room always popular with children. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. Top floor there is a fourth twin room (low ceilings) and a children's snug room with Xbox and tv etc.
