Two-storey house situated in the village of Arbúcies in a quiet area just 5 minutes walk from the Natural Park of Montseny and near the COSTA BRAVA.
THE HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH AIR CONDITIONING.

Great house

We are a family of 6 and we enjoyed our stay in Arbucies. The garden and pool were real highlights for us, as well as easy day trips to Barcelona and the beaches of the Costa Brava.

Lovely house close to beautiful forest

We had a fabulous week here hanging out by the pool and heading into the nearby forest. The kids loved the playground there and also scrambling over the boulders in the river. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it

Beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location

Villa Teresa is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and had all the amenities needed for a two week holiday. The bottle of wine, water and soft drink in the fridge on arrival was a pleasant surprise and gratefully received. Francesca is a wonderful host and was always on hand with Cesca (great English translator) to help with any questions (i.e. parking in Barcelona etc). The pool was fantastic and the area very peaceful. Arbucies is a lovely village with local walks/bike routes but also very accessible to the main route to Girona/Barcelona. We loved all the different seating areas in the garden and sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine in the evening. Perfect in every way and we look forward to returning.

Solides und ordentliches Haus mit einigem Komfort

Das Haus hat alle Versprechungen aus der Text der Beschreibung halten können, ansonsten wäre die sehr freundliche Vermieterin sicherlich immer ansprechbar gewesen. Der Ort Arbucies ist nicht touristisch geprägt, vielleicht waren alle Einheimischen mit denen wir zu tun hatten auch deshalb so freundlich. Es gibt alle nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants, unter anderem schräg gegenüber ein Haus mit einem Stern von Michellin. Wenn es es in Frühjahr oder Herbst nicht ganz so warm ist, sind Wanderungen und Radtouren sicherlich reizvoll.

A great place to stay for a group of friends or family

Away from the hustle of beaches, the villa is set in a small town in the foot hills of the Pyrenees. 100 metres from the house you can get to some fabulous walks a long the river valley or you can travel by car into the national park. Plenty of good resturants are also in walking distance. The house was clean and had most of the amenities that were needed for 6 people and the outside seating area and pool was great. The only thing missing were the basics for cooking, such as herbs, oils and spices etc but otherw ise we had a great time there.

Bonne location et bon accueil

Nous etions une famille de 4 et donc tres confortable la maison. Tres propre et tres fonctionnelle nous avons ou profiter de la piscine et du jardin-francesca et son mari sont tres disponibles et tres sympathiques - nous avons pu apprecier de belles criques et du golf pga catalunya à 30 mn de la maison !

villa teresa : nid douillet et tranquille !

La villa Teresa est une magnifique demeure, spacieuse, agréable, et idéale pour passer des vacances dans un écrin de verdure et un jardin superbement agencé. Nous avons passé des moments uniques en famille, et bien qu'il y ait beaucoup de choses à visiter dans la région, nous avons adorés le farniente dans la villa, qui se prête idéalement à des tranquilles vacances en famille. Les propriétaires Francesca et Toni se montre toujours prêt à rendre service et d'une gentillesse remarquable !! Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Great house! Book this place!

We have been one week in this nice house well situated between two major cities Girona and Barcelona. In the area you can find everything, supermarkets and good restaurants. The house is comfortable , is well equipped and well maintained. We enjoyed very much the relaxing meals in the garden beside the pool. We also went to Blanes beach, Santa Cristina and Lloret which is just 30 minutes far from the town. We spent some nice days there and we take an unforgetable memory back home. GREAT HOLIDAYS! VERY NICE HOUSE

We spent a nice vacations. Although it was February, the temperature was very pleasant. The house is exactly as you can see in the advertisement. All is very neat and clean with everything you need. There is wifi, dishwasher, air conditioning heating and a beautiful private pool . It is very well located in a quiet area. Arbucies is a pleasant village with amenities and good restaurants. The beach is just 30km far away and the airport is very close to the house (20 minutes by car) Thanks to the owners for their good advices. We will be back in summer.

A recommander, très bonnes vacances!!

La maison est très prope à notre arrivée, les chambres, la salle de bain magnifiquement entretenues, pour nous est très important. Villa bien située et très fonctionelle!. La maison est parfaite pour familles avec des enfants, la piscine, la cuisine, Internet, l'air conditionné, le barbecue rien ne manque. Nous avons été reçu trés agréablement par les propriétaires et nous les remercions pour leur prévenance et leur gentillesse. Nous avons été en Novembre, bonnes températures comprises entre 15 - 20 dégres au soleil, pour la nuit 9. Arbucies est une ville calme et très sympathique où il y a de tout, des supermarchés, bons restaurants, les bars,... , près de la montagne et de la mer. De petites criques à proximité, 1/2h avec la voiture: cala sant Francesc, les Capellans, la Boadella entre les plages de Blanes et Lloret de Mar. Merci, nous recommandons vivement cette propriété

Très bien accueilli une dame très sympathique

Très belle maison et tres bien equiper beau jardin et superbe piscine près du centre ville où on trouve tout si je peut conseiller au centre ville un super poissonnier produit tres frais on c'est régaler et géographiquement tres bien situer pour les visites aux alentours. Une location que je recommande à tout les vacanciers. Personnellement j' aussi Kiffer comme dit mon fils ALLEZ Y SANS CRAINTE pour finir une très belle maison tres propre et tres bien entretenue

Nichts für Lärmempfindliche

Positiv: Haus ist gut ausgestattet, schön möbliert und sauber, Vermieter sind nett, Pool wird gut gepflegt. Negativ:Das Grundstück ist sehr klein, Aussicht nach links ist ein 5stöckiges Mietshaus, Aussicht nach rechts eine alte Lagerhalle. Direkt vor dem Pool die Rückseite einer Garage und vor der Garage eine SEHR LAUTE STRASSE. Von morgens um fünf bis nachts um elf fahren nonstop LKW, PKW und Motorräder rauf und runter, also nichts für Leute, die Ruhe haben möchten. Hinter dem Haus sind ca. 3 Meter entfernt zwei weitere Doppelhäuser des Vermieters. Man ist ständig gezwungen, am Leben dieser Mieter teilzunehmen, da deren Terrassen direkt an das Grundstück angrenzen. Keine Auflagen für die drei Liegen am Pool.

Quatre semaines passées dans cette charmante et agréable villa, en compagnie de mon Epouse, nous laissent un très bon souvenir.Villa fonctionnelle très propre avec sa piscine intégrée dans un petit jardin bien fleuri et entretenu.Sa situation géographique permet aisément de découvrir cette belle région qu'est la Catalogne.Pour des Golfeurs que nous sommes le golf de catalogne à Girone est superbe et il y a aussi un pitch and putt très bien entretenu à cinq minutes de la villa.Un restaurant étoilé à deux pas nous a permis de découvrir le talent d'un Chef Argentin au travers de son menu gastronomique de dégustation en tous points remarquable.Grand moment de saveurs pour le palais!! IL existe aussi un restaurant plus simple mais bon en face le supermarché qui vous permet d'emporter vos plats. Tout cela permet de recommander cette villa,propriété de Francesca toujours discréte mais attentive et éfficaceaux besoins de ses Locataires.Elle a pu nous trouver une Employée de maison en quelques heures !! Même si sa modestie doit en souffrir,nous saluont la qualité de ses conseils tant sur le plan touristique que culturel et sa volonté de s'exprimer en Français. Bravo et merci Francesca et peut être à bientôt.

Home form home but with a pool!

We spent a really lovely week at this comfortable property which has gorgeous outdoor space, a good sized pool and everything was perfect. Arbucies itself was a lovely surprise too. A real Spanish town with great restaurants and bars. The proprietor was very helpful and supplied everything necessary for a great holiday. Thank you and we hope to return next year. We heartily recommend this property for any age group

Génial ! Accueil sympathique, maison bien équipée

Maison charmante et confortable, belle piscine, bonne situation géographique pour les visites d'un jour dans un rayon de <80 km (Figueras, Girone, Barcelone, ...) L'accueil de Francesca était tout ce qu'il y a de plus sympathique, avec tous les conseils utiles. Je recommande sans hésitation !
