Our gorgeous Big Island Hawai'i Hale Ali'i villa is resort living in the setting of a private home. Enjoy island living at its best!

Perfectly situated in the Ali’i Heights area in Kailua Kona, the villa is just 10 minutes away from Kona Town with all the conveniences of shops, restaurants and grocers and farmer's markets. It's a short distance to Magic Sands beach and coastal cafes and restaurants. The villa sits on a beautiful corner lot with lush landscaping, a manicured yard and tropical foliage. Lots of privacy within a friendly and safe exclusive neighborhood.

Inside the house you will find expansive living and dining areas with ocean views and perfect sunsets. Three elegantly appointed bedrooms and two gorgeous spa-like bathrooms make this place the perfect hideaway for relaxed island living. Spacious master bedroom has a walk in closet with an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, soaking tub and dual vanity. Access to lanai with a beautiful outdoor rock wall shower.

A fully stocked gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops and a breakfast island bar area that opens into the living area. Easy access to the outdoor lanai and gas BBQ grill makes it possible to meal prep and dine inside or outside.

The house is open concept with 2 well designed bathrooms decorated with designer tilesand 3 bedrooms one of which is a primary suite that walks out onto gorgeous grounds with lovely landscaping. The yard is private. The poolIs beautiful, wellMaintained and warm. The house is well located with easy drives to places of interest. There are also 2 small beaches 5 mins away and 1 in walking distance. Host Yvonne is responsive to all needs. WouldDefinitely stay here again!! It was the best vacation stay.

Great house but what made it over the top was the back yard. Very private and quiet, a beautiful pool, a fabulous outdoor shower, plus the extraordinary landscape. The garage had a good amount of pool gear. We loved the breathtaking sunsets every night. Quite neighborhood yet close to everything we needed. We had a few hiccups at first which the host rectified immediately.

Lovely home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen, great pool with pleasant garden surrounding it. Car is essential to get to shopping and most beaches but a short drive.

The perfect place!

Everything was perfect. The house fit our family of 5 perfectly. The pool was great. The house is very well stocked with everything you might need including a cooler, snorkel gear, pool noodles and beach chairs. It was a lovely house and we had a wonderful time. The neighborhood is great for getting out for morning walks. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I have been to Hawaii several times but our friends have not. This was not only their first time in Hawaii, but their first time vacationing away from a resort. To say we were all impressed is an understatement. Nightly sunsets from the backyard, quiet neighborhood, easy access to everywhere. Now they know why we keep going back!

The Best Trip!

We are currently at the airport awaiting our flight home. I cannot say enough positive things about this listing! The house was AMAZING. It was extremely clean and had everything you could ever need on vacation. We loved spending time in the backyard and enjoyed cooking meals at home and watching the sunset from the back patio. The house has plenty of beach gear and towels. Having the washing machine and dryer was wonderful. The outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach. The house is in close proximity to town. Our kids favorite part was how close the house was to Magic Sands, their favorite beach for boogie boarding! Thank you for a great stay, we will be back!

Great vacation in Kailua Kona

We recently spent a month in this lovely property and enjoyed it so much that we reserved another month next winter! The house is well designed and beautifully decorated and maintained and supplied with pretty much anything one might need - kitchen equipment, beach supplies, etc. We loved sitting in the back yard watching the sunsets, enjoying the pool, and just relaxing. The owner was easy to contact, and her local support was very available. We'd not stayed in this part of the Big Island before and were taken back by the amount of traffic. But that said, anything you might need is available locally, and there are a variety of beaches, stores, and good restaurants to visit. We are looking forward to our return.

Stunning property

Where do I begin?? We booked this trip for a 2 week family vacation which included my mother in law, teenage daughter and her friend, myself and husband. The house was beyond perfect. Everything was described accurately and the house was well equipped. From towels to beach necessities to kitchen supplies, everything was available. The yard is simply stunning. If we weren’t out exploring, we were sitting in the backyard or swimming in the pool. The backyard shower is not only convenient but well designed and beautiful. Morning coffee was enjoyed on the lanai and we ended every evening watching the sunset. I was worried not being directly on the water for this visit but was beyond satisfied. The views were unbelievable and the water is less than a mile away. The house is spacious yet you never felt too far away. None of the rooms are connected so everyone has privacy and their own section of the house. The laundry room was a lifesaver and having garage access was great to keep the car cool during the day. This home is so close to the heart of Kona that within minutes you have access to the best restaurants, shopping, snorkeling, activities, grocery stores - you name it. This was my fourth trip to Kona and by far this property was our favorite. We absolutely loved our experience! Mahalo!!!

This beautiful home has everything you’d want or need while away from your own home. The large kitchen is supplied with everything you could possibly need, the master bedroom and bath are comfortable, spacious and clean, and the entire house has been very well maintained. Clean linen, clean towels, extra towels for the pool, and plenty of pool accessories as well as snorkel gear. The private patio and pool are exquisite, with sunsets every night right outside your door. The laundry room was clean and well stocked, just like everything else in the house. And our host Yve was very attentive and quick to respond to all of our questions. This house is a super total winner. We loved the island and coming home after a full day out was a pleasure. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We loved it.

鳥の声で朝を迎え毎日サンセットで1日が終わるローケーション最高です。 部屋も広くキッチン用品や生活用品が全て整えられており何不自由なく二週間を過ごすことができました。一週間に一度されるプールの清掃で綺麗なプールを保って毎日楽しめました。ショッピングセンターやビーチも近く行動も楽にすることができました。とにかく全てにおいて大満足です。今回は二週間でしたが次はもう少し長く滞在できたらと思っています。その時はまたお世話になりたいと思います。宜しくお願いします。

A great experience

Yve’s property was the perfect place to enjoy with our family. The location was ideal for us. The neighborhood is safe and close to all we needed. The house is well appointed with everything needed for an extended stay. It’s location within the neighborhood is also ideal as you truly feel you are alone, with incredible views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Yve was most responsive to all our questions in a very timely manner. There is no doubt in our mind that we would choose Yve’s house when we come back. A truly positive experience.

Amazing time in Hawaii!!

We had an amazing time in Hawaii and this house was perfect for our family. We were travelling with our kids and grandparents and everyone had a blast. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. The A/C and washer/dryer were a must. The backyard was just as gorgeous with some grassy area to throw a ball around and a beautiful pool to play or relax in. The outdoor eating area was a nice bonus. We ended up eating all of our meals outside. The sunsets were unbelievable with the sun going down in the ocean. Just as advertised. The neighborhood was beautiful and close to Costco and other shops. I would highly recommend this house and we hope to return in the future. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

Very nice layout. Good kitchen, living spaces. Primary bedroom bathroom is very large, other bedrooms are decent sized. But the best thing about this property is the backyard and the pool. Totally private with plenty of spaces to sit, lie down, in the sun and the shade. Pool is clean and was serviced every week. Owner was very accommodating. Would definitely come again
