This spacious Gulf-front condo has unobstructed views of the turquoise waters of Miramar Beach, which you can view from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom. The stylish living area has modern updates such as granite counter tops and tile flooring throughout the unit. Other amenities include flat screen tvs in the living room and both bedrooms, comfortable patio furniture, and upgraded linens. Tides at Tops'l has an array of recreational activities, including tennis and basketball courts, mini golf, and shuffleboard...not to mention the two beautiful pools that are available for visitors with a Beachfront Eatery and Sandbar Emporium & Market! We are new owners and ready to host vacationing guests at Tides #202! for more info!

Tops'l is a 52 acre gated community that is adjacent to the National Park, shops of Sandestin, and Baytowne Wharf. Tops'l is a tranquil beach and racket resort and is a top pick for tennis vacations in Northwest Florida. It offers the peace of a location with an "off the beaten path feel," while still having the conveniences of city attractions. There is an array of children's activities at the resort as well as all of the thrilling water sports and activities that Destin has to offer.

Must be 25 years old to rent. Guests will be required to text identification for proof of age. Tops'l is a safe, gated community with 24 hour security. Free Wifi

Starting May 1st 2021, rental guests must check in with the Guest Registration Office upon arrival. The office is on your immediate right after entry. Someone in your party age 25 or older must show ID and sign the rental agreement which the office will provide.

If the Guest Registration office is closed, proceed to the Guard Gate. The guard will issue you a temporary parking pass. You will be required to check in at the office the following day.

The rental itself was as described, fairly clean and had a great view. The resort has changed drastically since we were there a few years ago. There are certain areas restricted for Owners only, including but not limited to the beach and pools. There is a pool for the renters and a pool for the Owners, not clearly marked, but strictly enforced. The beach directly in front of the resort is split for owners only and others staying at the resort. Be careful not to stray beyond the signs, on either side of the beach, as the next door resort lets you know quickly you are not welcome there. The rental for 2 chairs and an umbrella was nearly 80 per day and if you don't stay in them all day, they start picking them up by 3pm, so don't plan on going back later in the day. Overall, nice view and comfortable condo, but probably won't book that resort again.

Best Place on the Beach

We love to stay at Tides 202! It’s clean, spacious, has comfortable beds and the location cannot be beat. We have stayed here a few times and will be back!

Wonderful vacation spot!

We have stayed at the Tides three other times, and this was our favorite place by far. The apartment was clean and well-stocked, the decorations were adorable, and the views were amazing! We loved this property and want to visit again.

Paradise on the Beach

Our stay was a fun filled week of sun and fun. Everything from great beds, beautiful views of the patio, coffee pods, seasonings, plenty of starter essentials. We loved the location because it was so close to the pool. The onweners were super helpful.

Wonderful condo- perfect for families

This condo is adorable and everything you want in a vacation home! The second floor— allows you to see the beach and pool clearly. Kids can swim while you cook dinner and monitor from balcony! Love this condo— you will too!

Awesome place. I’ve stayed in a few different places over the years and now I won’t stay anywhere else for the years to come. Beautiful updated place. Couldn’t ask for a better location right off the stairs you can be in the pool or the sand in seconds! Super comfy beds and everything you could ever need in the kitchen.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

Couldn't have been any better. The unit was spotless and well equipped with cookware. The views were amazing. The balcony was our favorite hangout spot the majority of our trip. The beach was a short walk. The pools and other amenities were top-notch. Joe was a wonderful host and we hope to stay again in the future.

The owners were great communicators, let us know when condo was clean so we could check in early, The pictures are accurate! Easy access to pool/beach via stairs or elevators. Plenty of carts to unload/load luggage/groceries. Beach chairs/umbrella available for rent-first come first serve

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Loved our vacation! The ocean front views were amazing. Loved the convenience of being on the 2nd floor. Enjoyed playing on the newly surfaced tennis courts. We also enjoyed playing on new PickleBall courts. The on site restaurant was great, too. The owner was great to work with. Five stars!

Great Stay

Great property, clean, updated, everything you need is there, great location to the pool and beach, with it being on the second floor just one thing of stairs don’t have to use the elevator, stairs located just steps from the condo door, great view to the pool and ocean, we went in November and pool was heated and warm. The master bath was beautiful up to date. Couches and beds comfortable. Renter was great, will come back!

This was better than we could have asked for. Very convenient with just one flight of stairs to the pool. Lovely decor with comfortable quarters. The balcony overlooks the pool and ocean and provided respite from the sun. I hope to return soon.

Location, location, location!

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with everything you need for your stay! The owners were fantastic! Joe reached out upon booking to get to know us a bit. Such a nice guy! He provided check in info, made sure we got in okay, and checked back midway to ensure we were enjoying our stay (which we were). Everything was perfect and I highly recommend the condo and the owners to anyone.
