Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished one bedroom, one bath.

This spacious one bedroom is situated in the residential area of Leeward Palms. The Leeward Palms community is conveniently located 10 mins (or less) from the Grace Bay Area in an enclosed yard. The community is mainly made up of working professionals, so it lends itself to being very tranquil and peaceful. However, it also allows you to mingle with the residents and get an authentic TCI experience. The unit is fully equipped with a kitchen, Queen bed, a twin bed, a/c in bedroom and living area. There are two smart televisions and wifi available as well. As a gentle reminder, utilities are super expensive on island, so we ask that you be mindful of this and turn off lights, water, a/c and all appliances when not in use.

The apartment is on the second level of our family home with its own private entrance. The apartment has everything to make this feel like you home away from home. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed that's comfortable and inviting after a long day of exploring. There's an additional twin bed, in another room, along with a blow up twin sized bed which allows for two more persons. *Please note: there is an additional charge of $25/night for three or more persons. Also provided for your enjoyment, are beach chairs, a blow dryer, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap.

The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with everything you may need to prepare a scrumptious dinner...stove and oven, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, dishwasher, pots and pans and an outdoor grill. There's also a washer and dryer combo on the outside.

We highly recommend renting a car, Due to our close proximity to Grace Bay, there are multiple restaurants, shops and spas close by. Walking or using a taxi are also options for transportation. However, taxis are usually pretty expensive. If you choose to walk, getting to the "heart" go Grace Bay is no more than 3 miles walking distance. There are supermarkets close by, but you are encourage to bring any specialty food items you particularly enjoy.

We value your privacy very much, so we will be here to welcome you and get you settled. After that, we're just a phone call away. A cleaner will come in to clean after checkout; however, we ask that you try to clean up behind yourself to avoid insects and rodents. For guests staying longer than 7 days, there will be a mid-week light cleaning (take out garbage and change of linens and towels).

Finally, we ask that you respect our property as you would you own. No large, loud house parties. No smoking. Do not leave wet clothes and towels on the furniture. Do not sleep on the sheets and pillow cases in makeup.
