Beautiful apartment in villa with 5 apartments, with standard and non-luxury finishes, about 40 meters above sea level shared pool HEATING to 37°, about 8.25 meters long and 3.5 meters wide, pratager pool from 5 apartments, with beautiful sea view,. Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms, wc shower, large living room with 2 sofa beds, suitable for 6 adults and 4 children, 1 fireplace, 1 large separate kitchen, Air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, large terrace of 100 sqm, a private garden with barbecue 150 meters from the sea and the bike path. There are no towels and sheets in the apartment. On bookings you can rent them for 10 euros for sheets and 10 euros for towels, cost per person. You will be required to pay a municipal tourist tax of €1 per day for a maximum of five days. Children under 12 do not pay this municipal tourist tax.
