Family holiday house with garden, in the heart of one of the prettiest villages on L'ile d'Yeu - La Meule, 5 minutes' walk from its natural harbor and a few minutes by bicycle from the island's first beaches.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room revolve around a large living room of around 40m2 and equipped with a fireplace.
A 500m2 garden orchard runs along the entire house and offers two entrances to the property, perfectly protected from its neighbors. It is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue-plancha.
Facing south-east / north-west the house is crossed by the sun.
Located at the entrance of the village, it is less than 2km from the first shops.
