This charming villa offers a large private swimming pool (9.5 × 4 m) and panoramic views of the sea and Alicante coast, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Located in a quiet area of Mutxamel, the property is just a 15-minute drive to Playa San Juan.

The villa features a spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (Beds: 160 x 200 cm), and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Up to two additional single beds can be arranged on request at a cost of €150 per unit per stay. Towels, bed linen, and beach towels are provided.

All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and outdoor facilities such as a garden, open terrace, covered terrace, gas barbecue, outdoor shower, and garage for 2 cars with private parking. A ping pong table is also available for entertainment.

Normal electricity consumption up to20 kWh/day is included; additional usage is charged at €0.20 per kWh. A security deposit of €200is charged on-site via credit card to cover electricity usage.
