This villa is conveniently located just steps from the beach, 2 outdoor pools, 2 large outdoor hot tubs, sundeck, gas fire place & grilling area, plus the indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and fitness area. also has an ocean view with a private balcony, two queen beds with new mattress, Flat Screen TV, attached bath, custom vanity with quartz countertop, custom cabinets, tub with shower. 
The Living Area -
is spacious and offers floor to ceiling window views, all new furniture, a 55 inch Samsung flat screen TV, plus access to a covered balcony with a table and chairs for outdoor views of the ocean. NO sleep sofa available.
The Dining Area -
has a large round table, six matching chairs (other 2 in second bedroom), also, two chairs at kitchen counter for extra seating.
The Kitchen-
is complete to include all new cookware and dining needs, new stainless appliances, quartz countertops, plus a washer and dryer for your use.

We have included personal touch items to make your stay as enjoyable as possible: 
We have engaged a local company to ensure your villa is clean and in working order when you arrive, plus provide 24/7 response to any problems you may have during your stay. We also have an inspector come in AFTER it is cleaned to make sure it is clean to our standards and to go over anything that is missed.
We provide a Welcome packet that includes directions to the villa, numbers to call if you need anything during your stay, a list of Hilton Head restaurants, activities with contact information and more. 

We value your vacation time and our goal is to provide excellent service. We are active owners and continually seek and appreciate your suggestions and feedback. We will use this feedback to add amenities and services to enhance guest experiences for the following year. You will receive the Welcome packet upon receipt of the final payment.

VILLAMARE- is a top rated oceanfront resort noted for its beautiful grounds, lagoons, health club with indoor heated swimming pool, heated Jacuzzi, and steam sauna and extensive workout facility. These services and amenities are included at no cost. The outside pool is nestled around a 3 tier deck for sunning and viewing the ocean. Palm trees are around the deck to provide shade for anyone who forgot their umbrella. The outdoor pool is heated during the months of Oct, Nov, Mar, and Apr. A second beachfront deck area features a newly added grilling area with 4 built in grills and a new serenity pool with hot tub. Also, enjoy the new gas fire pit.

PALMETTO DUNES- This resort is located in Palmetto Dunes (PD), Hilton Head Island, SC. USA (45 minutes from Savannah Airport). There are plenty of activities to enjoy within walking distance to your Villamare villa including tennis, golf, miles of trails for biking, walking, or running, bike rentals, kayak and canoe rentals on the 11 miles of canals, restaurants, and a general store. There is free shuttle bus service to local shops at Shelter Cover, the Mall and Plaza, the Plantation Center and the PD Golf and Tennis Centers.
