Pond View is a spacious first-floor apartment, set in a Victorian courtyard, full of Highland character. This charming quirky property sleeps 6 people and has all of the comforts of a modern property while retaining many of the original features. Pond View has an eagle-eye view of Aigas Golf Course with the stunning backdrop of Aigas Forest. It is a very peaceful setting surrounded by trees and communal garden area with a BBQ. The property is accessed by a private external staircase overlooking the old farm millpond. There is ample car parking, storage room for outdoor clothing.

Aigas Holiday Cottages offer our guests quality accommodation, with everything on hand for a wonderful Highland holiday. Our range of cottages have 2 - 3 bedrooms and sleep 4 - 6. Set on our farm and 9 hole parkland golf course. It's a great base for relaxation or for those that want more of an adventure! Exploring the outdoors with forest walks, river trout fishing or a round of golf - all on your doorstep. Aigas (IV4 7AD) is situated 4 miles West of the bustling village of Beauly and 15 miles from the city of Inverness and Loch Ness and just off the North Coast Route 500 and on route to three unique and beautiful Glens: Glens Glen, Affric Glen Strathfarrer and Glen Cannich and several spectacular water falls. We offer guests a very warm welcome and pride ourselves in providing quality holiday cottages to help you have the best possible holiday.

Wifi available in all our properties including the gardens and in our coffee shop.

Guests can choose from our four very different properties including 2 story Coach House (dog-friendly) packed with traditional features and log burning stove or one of our spacious courtyard ground floor cottages - Old Stable and Old Dairy with there stunning views of the golf course and Aigas Forest. All located just a few minutes stroll from the 1st tee and woodland walks.

Aigas is a perfect location for those who want to explore or simply unwind and enjoy this stunning and peaceful countryside location. Situated only 4 miles from the charming village of Beauly and 15 miles from the lively Highland capital Inverness.

All our properties are very comfortably furnished, fully equipped and maintained to the highest standards. The is ample parking, open gardens and seating areas, BBQ and laundry.

Holiday guest can also enjoy a 50% reduction on our immaculate 9-hole course, a dream for any level of golfer and a great place to try golf for the first time. Or just sit back and enjoy a well-deserved slice of homemade cake in our coffee shop.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Aigas Pond View cottage. We were traveling as a family of 5 including 2 teenage boys. We had plenty of space to relax, cook a meal and play some board games. It was a perfect area to call home while we explored Inverness, Muir of Ord, and Fort Agustus. My boys played a round of golf and had a wonderful time. If we ever make it out that way again, we'll be back!

This is an amazing location for a week of relaxation, overlooking the golf course and we had sun all week. The inside is old fashioned but it’s ideal for the property and the beds are so comfortable. This location was also ideal as a central point for all our days out.

Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Beauly! It was a relaxing stopover at the end of our 10 day Scotland trip. We were 2 couples traveling together so had plenty of space in this charming 3 bedroom cottage. We ladies got our laundry done while the guys enjoyed a game of golf! There is, however only one bathroom rather than 2 as described.
