Welcome to The Getaway Frisco! This second story 935 square foot condo has it all! This recently updated condo features a modern design and is located on the bubbling Ten Mile creek. It’s just a short walk to main street Frisco where you can enjoy the many shops and restaurants.

This condo has two bedrooms plus a den featuring the following:

Bedroom 1:
 Queen size bed with memory foam mattress topper
 40-inch smart TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix
 Private bathroom equipped with a sink/vanity, toilet and shower

Bedroom 2:
 Queen size bed with memory foam mattress topper
 32-inch smart TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix
 Private vanity for washing face/brushing teeth

 40-inch smart TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix
 The Den opens up to the main living area creating a spacious living space. There is also a collapsible wall that can be used for privacy/separate bedroom.

 Numerous dishes/pots & pan/crock-pot/coffee maker/, etc for cooking
 Variety of spices to liven up any meal if you chose to cook or grill

Getaway ski weekend

This lovely apartment was conveniently located for any activities within the town of Frisco. We used it as a base for a ski weekend and it was perfect. Spotlessly clean, cozy and comfortable. We would definitely book this place again.

This was a perfect condo for any situation. We were there on a family ski vacation over the holidays. Check in was easy, the owners were responsive and so many little extras! The location was great, the kitchen was well stocked and there were even games for all ages. We would stay here again anytime!

What a great condo - located very close to the Frisco Main Street. We loved sitting on the patio, it was so peaceful to sit and listen to the creek behind the property. The condo was very well maintained. We loved it!

I stayed in this unit with my adult brother and two kids. It was a very nice place for the four of us. I don’t think I have ever stayed at a place with so many extras. Well done.

Perfect location to bus....beautiful spacious condo overlooking creek.

Condo was in perfect location to bus line. The condo was spacious and beautiful inside. It had a beautiful view of the creek. The indoor pool club house was steps from the condo, which was great when walking back in the cold weather. However, I cannot say enough about the hosts. They were just fabulous and really made this booking and stay a wonderful experience.

Great location to downtown Frisco and VERY helpful Owners

The location was perfect. The place as spacious and perfect for what we needed. We walk to the downtown area, filled with stores and eateries several times. The babbling brook behind the unit right near the back deck was a perfect respite location. Thank you VERY Much!

This condo packs a lot into the space. It easily accommodated our family and was very well stocked. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub that was close. Personally not a fan of the memory foam beds.

Clean, well-equipped, and centrally located.

This condo had everything we needed and the location was excellent. There were more than enough towels for the hot tub, pool and the showers and there was even coffee sugar and anything that we would need like that but we didn’t want to buy for a weeks vacation. I contacted the host three times, nothing was wrong however I had questions and she got back to me in less than five minutes each time. I would stay here again.

After years of battling ski traffic on I-70 from Denver to Summit County and the Vail Valley, our dream of owning a condo in Summit County became a reality in 2016. With three little munchkins, we cannot make it to the mountains every weekend so we decided to share our place with others looking for a family friendly mountain destination.



Why they chose this property

Located on the creek, the sound of bubbling water from the patio is a favorite spot in the summer for sipping coffee or barbecuing. The indoor pool and hot tub are a must for the kids every weekend we are able to spend at the condo.

We enjoy the mountains just as much in the summer as the winter. Whether it's going for hike, hitting a summer festival, walking to main street for an ice cream cone or taking a pontoon boat out on Lake Dillon, the summer is full of enjoyable things to do as well.

In the winter, skiing is obviously a must, but we also enjoy hitting the ice skating rink in Breckenridge, sliding down the indoor water slides at the Silverthorne Rec Center or finding a trail to get the snowshoes out. There are so many things to do!

We feel blessed to live so close to the mountains and hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
