Semi-detached house in the new built-up area of Tratalias, 50 minutes from Cagliari Airport. Ideal for families or groups looking for the advantages of a vacation near the sea without having to give up the comforts of the services that a country makes available to its inhabitants: market, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacy, post office, bank, newsagent, tobacconist. Our cozy three-room apartment is located in a very quiet residential area, with a large enclosed garden. Composed of 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and garage, laundry. It is equipped for outdoor dining with a traditional oven and barbecue. The house is equipped with: complete linen, water supply, mosquito nets, LCD TV, fridge with freezer, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, clothes horse, microwave, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, etc. etc. Tratalias is at the crossroads for the tourist resorts and beautiful beaches of S. Anna Arresi, Masainas, Giba, S. Antioco, Calasetta. The white dunes of Portopino, the beaches of Is Solinas, Porto Botte, Coacuaddus, Cala soap, Maladroxia, Sottotorre, Spiaggia Grande are interesting. A few minutes from the Narcao Blues and S. Anna Arresi Jazz reviews. Half an hour from the ferry boarding for the Island of S. Pietro: Carloforte. In the medieval village of the old Tratalias it is interesting to visit the old village and the cathedral of S. Maria di Monserrato of the XXII century. In the surrounding countryside there are numerous archaeological sites of giants' tombs and nuraghi. 10 minutes from Villaperuccio: necropolis of Montessu and 15 minutes from Carbonia: archaeological area of Mount Sirai, the old mine of Serbariu, S. Antioco: Phoenician-Punic archaeological excavations and museum, SANTADI: caves of is zuddas, forest of Pantaleo and Cantina del award-winning Terre Brune. The rates are based on the number of people and the period. Possibility of parking spaces, motorcycles, kitesurfing etc.
