Palm I Luxury in the Jordaan

Palm I provides all the comfort you require, such as a flat screen color TV, a docking station for your iPod / iPhone, wireless broadband internet access and a comfortable sofa and armchairs. Very suitable for extended stays as well.
Sleeping and bathing

The bedroom has a double bed, separable into twin beds. Bed linen and soft towels are also provided.

The bathroom has a comfortable shower and a washbasin. You will also find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The toilet is located separately from the bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. Cutlery, pots and pans, etc. are provided. Coffee, tea and Dutch “treacle waffles” are initially provided on a complimentary basis as well as the beverages in the refrigerator (soft drinks, mineral water and beer).

Jordaan was an amazing host and the apartment was clean and welcoming making you feel at home! They were so helpful and kind when we checked in. I feel so fortunate to have gotten to stay here! One of the best places I have stayed with gifts waiting for us, recommendations, and support for whatever we needed. Beautiful home and perfect stay!

Great location for exploring Amsterdam!

We loved our stay, with terrific support from the hosts, including their own app so we could not get lost! This suite had everything we needed for a 3 day visit before heading south to Spain. We were able to shake off the jet lag with a comfortable rest, and then explore the central part of the city on foot very easily. We would happily book this accommodation again!

Jon and Jon have a wonderful place and are so pleasant and helpful. Even carried our luggage upstairs for us. You will not be disappointed with this property. Great location with beautiful restaurants and shopping nearby. Very close to public transportation. An amazing stay in luxurious surroundings

Thank you to our hosts for providing such a tranquil, well-appointed and relaxing apartment. From check-in to leaving we were well looked after and everything we needed was provided - right down to the last details. Also nice to have plenty of crockery and cutlery as often these are the bare minimum. Facilities were excellent and exceeded expectations - would highly recommend.

Comfort and exceptional hospitality – in the best location in Amsterdam

In several previous visits to Amsterdam, we’ve come to love the Jordaan – and we’ve now found our perfect home base. This apartment is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, yet easily accessible to great restaurants and world-class attractions. It is spacious and very comfortable, well-furnished and with lots of little touches that add up to a great stay. But what really sets it apart is the hosts and their level of hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

Exceptional hosts and fabulous location

JW & JC went above and beyond. They are fabulous hosts - attentive, engaging, caring and thoughtful. The apartment is stylish, roomy, super comfortable, great bed, and located in a wonderful part of Amsterdam. A short stroll to an incredible market, and nearby are restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. We highly recommend them and their apartment. We loved it and them.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this apartment in the Jordaan. The hosts are incredibly welcoming. They met us outside upon arrival. The apartment is clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It was well-appointed with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator with refreshments. Our hosts were available to answer any questions and made us feel so welcome. The location is absolutely lovely. It’s in a beautiful residential neighborhood, quiet and easy to access the rest of the city on foot. We just got back to the States and are already talking about our next trip and hope to stay there again. Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful.

Can’t wait to return - four days was not nearly enough!

Our hosts were exceptionally cordial and helpful. The apartment was just as shown - perfectly clean and comfortable. The hosts had provided a number of items that made the preparation of simple meals so easy. The quiet location in Jordaan was most appealing. Make sure to download the hosts’ Digital Concierge for all sorts of recommendations on restaurants, places to visit, and very effective tools for navigation. We enjoyed our conversations with our hosts very much.

Great Apartment, Great Host, Great Location

My wife and I have stayed in approximately 80 different properties over the last twenty years. The host on this property was the best and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The property is also located close to lots of restaurants and other activities. The host was most gracious having several drinks in refrigerator for our arrival and assisted with carrying luggage up the stairs. He was also nice enough to transport us to airport saving us in cab fare. Overall, it was a great experience.

Cozy Gem in Jordaan

JC met us during the check in to help bring up our luggage as he’s accustomed to Dutch stairwells (they are steep). LOL! He also gave us a quick tour of the apartment. The place was clean and had plenty of space in the living room/dining room and kitchenette. The toilet is separate from the shower. The washer/dryer combo is so handy for a long trip. JC left us some stroopwafels, water, and other drinks, which were so satisfying after a long day walking around Amsterdam.

Modern Apartment In Amsterdam

Jan Carel and Jan-Willem are excellent hosts. They are friendly and accessible. They even carried our luggage up and down the stairs on arrival and departure. The apartment is very clean and neat, and we enjoyed staying there. It is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood in Amsterdam. It is central enough so that one can walk to and from Central Station. There are many coffee shops and restaurants in the area, and the major attractions in Amsterdam are within walking distance. We’ll stay there again.

Fantastic Experience !

We ended up 12 hours late at the property due to a cancelled flight and Jan the owner was so accommodating and made us feel really welcome . He met us late in the evening and explained everything so professionally about the beautiful apartment . The place was so nicely furnished and spotlessly clean . Beds were super comfy and showers really nice . Jan also supplied some hot and cold drinks and snacks which were much appreciated . It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this place to stay . 5 stars all the way . We will return and thanks for your amazing hospitality and tips on the area Jan . Perfection in Jordaan

Easy 20 minute walk from station. We were met by the owners as they live in same building. Staircase is steep but our luggage was carried to apartment. Super friendly hosts,apartment spotless with new furnishings. My friend and i walked everywhere and at the end of the day it was so nice to come back to our quiet home away from home. The pictures are accurate though a photo will not tell you how comfy the bed is. 11 out of ten on this one though maybe i should not praise too highly or it will be booked when i come back!!

Amsterdam sous le soleil

Pour notre deuxième séjour à Amsterdam nous avons choisi l’hébergement de JW et JC, dans un quartier calme à 20mn à pied de la gare centrale. L’appartement est conforme à la description de l’annonce et d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons pu profiter de ce logement confortable et décoré avec goût.
