Villa La Vigna offers its guests a beautiful panorama, surrounded by the Domus de Maria hills and surrounded by vineyards. The beautiful and famous beaches of Chia are only 7 kilometres away
Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the beautiful beaches without the confusion of traffic. The house is indeed located in a very quiet area.
The villa has 4 double bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms, tastefully furnished, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
On the ground floor: living room with fireplace, combined with full kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven and microwave, table, sofa, access to the large panoramic veranda of 80 m2 and the garden, two double bedrooms and two private bathrooms. The rooms have direct access to the verandas
Upstairs 2 double bedrooms with terraces and two private bathrooms.
Mosquito nets on all windows and patio doors, air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, satellite TV - set-top box, Wi-Fi, private parking, barbecue, outdoor garden shower.
The large entrance veranda has a mosaic table, sofa, coffee table and sunbeds to allow a pleasant stay at any time of the day.
In the quiet village of Domus de Maria, a few hundred metres away, there are all the shops you may need for shopping every day. There are also restaurants and pizzerias; in summer many festivals are organised.

Villa la Vigna, luminosa accogliente spaziosa e pulita, splendido spazio esterno per convivialità, parcheggio privato, ognuna delle quattro camere matrimoniali dispone di aria condizionata e bagno finestrato, ampia cucina interna ben accessoriata.Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la signora Gigliola e Ornella ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni utili. Causa imprevisto ci è stato permesso di posticipare il chek out di un paio di ore, e ringraziamo ancora della disponibilità.Struttura consigliata da non perdere.

Abbiamo trascorso 11 giorni nella struttura e siamo stati davvero bene!La casa è molto grande e funzionale, disposta su due piani con 4 camere matrimoniali e quattro bagni, uno in ogni camera! Cucina essenziale con lavastoviglie (Top) un tavolo per 8 persone ed un divano letto molto utile per altre 1 o 2 persone.Ogni camera dotata di condizionatore e tutte le finestre con zanzariere.Ampio loggiato su due lati della casa con possibilità di cenare all'aperto con due tavoli, sedie ed addirittura uno spazio soggiorno esterno con divanetti e tavolino per relax ed aperitivi!A tutto questo da aggiungere la cortesia e grande disponibilità della signora Gigliola che ha trovato sempre risposte e soluzioni alle nostre necessità ... grazie grazie grazie!Unico peccato essere un pò isolati dal centro abitato e dal mare ma che comunque con 10 minuti di auto arriviamo alle bellissime spiagge di Chia.Che dire? Giudizio ottimo e struttura super consigliata, ideale per famiglie e gruppi di persone.

Schöne Lage zwischen den Bergen

Wir waren für eine Woche Anfang September in Domus d.l.M. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur mit einem schönen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge (ca. 200m) und ist sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeberin hat ein Bündel der wichtigsten Restaurants zusammengestellt, Danke Gigliola. Eine Reservierung ist auch in der Nebensaison notwendig. Wir wurden auch am späten Abend von Gigliolas Bruder und ihrer Schwägerin freundlich in Empfang genommen, da unser Flug erst um 22:30 Uhr in Cagliari ankam und für die Fahrt ca. eine Stunde benötigt wird. Die ruhige Lage wird leider nach Anbruch der Dunkelheit von einer Reihe Hunde in der Umgebung gestört. Man gewöhnt sich aber daran. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Ferienhaus in sehr schöner Lage

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Ausstattung mit Klimaanlage und Sanitärraum zu jedem Schlafraum. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Mit dem Auto kann man sehr schöne Strände in ca. 15 min. erreichen.
