The house is part of a group of 4 villas immersed in a Mediterranean maquis park and a huge carpet of green lawn ... which reaches the beach less than 80 meters away.
The large living room leads directly to the veranda overlooking the park, surrounded by fig, oleander, and tamericci plants with the scents of myrtle and lentisks ...
The veranda is equipped with a large table, sunbeds and a pleasant outdoor shower to cool off when you return from the sea!

The bedrooms are located on the upper floor with a view from the balcony on the large lawn or towards the Chia tower.
The living room is furnished with bespoke Sardinian artisan furniture and decorated with the colors and themes of the sea: corals, sand, woods, coral-shaped lamps, with a soft light for pleasant summer evenings!
There are two bathrooms with showers made to measure with natural stone, comfortable and spacious.
The rooms are bright and spacious, each with air conditioning, and these are also furnished with the restful neutral tones of beige and pink. The details of the curtains and decorations are handmade, with a design that follows the tradition of Sardinian craftsmanship revised in a contemporary key.
The beach on which the houses overlook has the colors and transparencies of the famous sea of Chia ... beautiful in the early morning or evening at sunset; long walks to the tower or the flamingo lagoon, with your feet immersed in the water and the colors and scents of the sea on your face.
Near the house, there are the main services, two markets, two pizzerias and restaurants, a bar. Within a few kilometers, the square of shops and evening shows, pharmacy, and clubs for dinner or an aperitif.
