What a view...

The Communication with the host was very nice and comfortable. It's a great view and the house has every stuff you need for a relaxed stay at the beach. The market is closed to the nice. That's great. We can recommend the accomodation.

Wir wurden vom Gastgeber freundlich empfangen und er hat uns alles für unseren Aufenthalt notwendige gezeigt und erklärt. Bei weiteren Fragen hätten wir uns jederzeit bei ihm melden können. Das Haus ist sehr schön in einer Siedlung gelegen, hat einen sehr schönen Garten mit traumhaftem Auslick auf's Meer. Die Terrasse war ein mega Platz zum Frühstück. Das Haus war sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und es war alles da was in der Anzeige aufgeführt war. Es wurden zusätzlich sogar noch Sachen zur Verwendung bereit gestellt wie Spielsachen, div. Strandutensilien, Müllbeutel, Putzmittel usw. Wir durften uns sogar an den Trauben bedienen, die im Garten wachsen. Können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Schönes Reihenhaus in toller Lage

Ein schönes kleines Reihenhaus in Spitzenlage - wir haben jeden Tag von der sehr gut beschatteten Terrasse den Meerblick genossen. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht - kleine Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, viele Strandutensilien, Außendusche, gute Matratzen, Klimaanlage, großzügige Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Küchenequipment. Eigener Parkplatz, ruhige Lage und dennoch Geschäfte in kurzer Gehentfernung. Die schönsten Strände liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung, auch in der Hauptsaison ausreichend Platz zum Genießen. Ivano ist ein sehr gut organisierter und herzlicher Gastgeber, der Kontakt war unkompliziert und nett, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus war super schön. Von der Terasse aus sieht man das Meer. Die Aussendusche ist ein Traum. Das Bett war super bequem. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuss.Die Korrespondenz mit Ivano hat super geklappt.Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Semplicemente perfetto!

Abbiamo letteralmente lasciato il cuore in questo posto magico: appartamento comodo, perfettamente fornito di tutto il necessario sia per gli spazi interni (cucina, bagno ecc) sia esterni (giardino, attrezzatura per la spiaggia, biciclette con seggiolini per bambini). Pulizia esemplare ed ampio rifornimento di prodotti per la pulizia, asciugamani ecc. Il proprietario fa la differenza: disponibile, chiaro e molto cortese. Nelle vicinanze: edicola, rosticceria, pescheria, tabaccheria, supermercato, stabilimento balneare. Posizione strategica per visitare le fantastiche cale di Costa Rei. Torneremo sicuramente!

Liebevoll gestaltetes Domizil in erholsamer Umgebung mit Blick aufs Meer

In jeder Hinsicht können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen. Ganz besonders gefallen hat uns das liebevoll gestaltete Interieur im sardischen Stil wie beschrieben, die große Terrasse mit dem Blick in den sehr schön gestalteten Garten und auf das Meer. Sehr gut geeignet für Paare und (kleine) Familien, v.a. auch Erholungssuchende. Bzgl. der Ausstattung fehlte es wirklich an gar nichts (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Außen-Grill, sogar Stühle für den Strand, Sonnenschirm), sie übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Alles überaus gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Ivano war hervorragend; jederzeit hätten wir uns bei Fragen melden können (wir brauchten es nicht). Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt - jederzeit wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferien in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt direkt am Meer. Das Ferienhaus ist top ausgestattet, sogar Strandutensilien, wie Liegen, Schirme etc. sind vorhanden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch mit Blick auf das hellblaue Meer. Der Strand von Piscina Rei war für uns einer der besten, die wir gesehen haben. Ende Juni hatten wir den Strand fast für uns alleine. Mit dem Vermieter hat alles bestens funktioniert und die Organisation war vorbildlich.

Lovely house, very friendly host

We really enjoyed our stay in this cosy and comfortable house. Found everything what we needed (dishes, barbecue, air conditioning, shower also in the garden..). Everything was in a good shape, the garden was well cared for and we used it everyday to get a tan. The house is lovely and modern furnished. The awesome beach is just 10 minutes away by foot. The neighborhood was quiet and we had privacy even in the garden. We had a very pleasant stay and really can recommend the house.
