The apartment, with an independent entrance, is located on the first floor of a building from the beginning of the 20th century, there are no other houses. There are six beds and the apartment is perfect for a family of four or a group of friends. The center can be reached on foot in a quarter of an hour, while the bus stop is under the house and in five minutes it is possible to reach the Ponte Vecchio. The neighborhood, very quiet and residential, is full of typical and local restaurants. The apartment has some typical features of early twentieth century Florentine architecture: the stairway to the house in pietra serena (the typical gray stone of Florence); the living room and bedroom floors with red and black hexagonal cement tiles; the grit sink, the huge kitchen hood and the solid wood furniture that belonged to our ancestors.
