Confortable apartment in the heart of Santa Cruz

The flat is on the second floor of a three-story building whith elevator in the town center. It’s an apartment with style and full of artistic details that reflect the personality of the owner. Ideal for families, travellers and small groups of friends who want to explore the island. It has very fast WIFI connection, Smart TV and an equipped kitchen. Beside the apartment there is a big and free public parking. There is no elevator.
The apartment consists of:
- a bedroom with double bed with direct access to a private bathroom with bath and shower and two bathroom sinks
- a bedroom with two single beds
- a second bathroom with shower
- a fully equipped kitchen: electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, juicer, water boiler and all the necessary stuff to cook in perfect comfort.
- a large sitting room with a smart TV and very big and bright windows
- a studio with a desk
- a private laundry room on the communal terrace with washing machine and a drying rack for clothes .
Both bedroom have big wardrobes and blackout curtains

The apartment is in the city centre of Santa Cruz just few minutes away from Piazza Alameda, one of the main squares of the city, where you can find the Naval Museum and one of the two tourist information offices of Santa Cruz; near Piazza Alameda there is also the pedestrian "Calle O'Daly" with its shops, cafes, restaurants, stores, pharmacies, banks, internet point and the city's health center. The Avenida Maritima and the beach are 5 minutes more walking: here you will find other typical places where you can listen to live music on weekends. The port is 15 minutes walking as well as the bus terminal and the Plaza de la Constitucion where there is the main tourist information office. Even if the apartment is attached to the center it is located in a small, quiet and peaceful street where you can see several typical Canarian houses.

Due to the alert for the Coronavirus (COVID 19) we have improved our cleaning routine: additionally to the habitual cleaning we make a full disinfection of all the surfaces in the flat between different stays and we respect the cleaning standards as recommended in the lines dictated by the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
