The Paglia e Fieno apartment, located on the first floor of the old farmhouse, has just been renovated with great care and elegance and is particularly suitable for those who love a country style. It is accessed via an external staircase, enclosed by a wrought iron gate chosen for the safety of children, and is composed of a small terrace equipped for dining in the shade, with a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside, from a perfectly equipped kitchen. from a double bedroom, a room with two beds and a comfortable bathroom with a large shower. In one of the bedrooms it is possible - on request - to add a third bed for an extra guest.
This apartment is a magical place, created with love to make our guests' stay wonderful.

Idyllic stay near Gubbio

We have been many times to Italy and this was one of the best places we ever stayed in. After about a mile of a potholed typical Italian country lane we arrived in the middle of fantastic countryside with great views and still only 10 minutes from lively and beautiful Gubbio. Daytrips to Urbino, Assisi, Arezzo and Perugia, and then coming back to this little paradise with its welcoming swimming pool. the apartment itself had every comfort we wanted and was elegant, spacious and clean. And Susanna was an excellent host!

Es ist mir ein Vergnügen und ein Anliegen, meine Gäste zu empfangen und ihnen das Höchstmaß an Annehmlichkeit und Komfort zu bieten, das ich mir vorstellen kann. Das Haus liegt auf dem Land und ich denke, es gibt viele Orte zum Spazierengehen. Aber selbst wenn es keine gäbe, finde ich es nicht richtig, meinem Haus eine niedrige Bewertung zu geben, indem man es mit der Beurteilung der Wanderwege in der Umgebung vermischt. Ich danke Ihnen, dass Sie mein Gast waren, bitte Sie jedoch, künftig zu berücksichtigen, dass Sie die Arbeit einer Person bewerten – und es nicht fair ist, die Bewertung zu senken, nur weil Sie keine Wanderwege gefunden haben.
