Great modern apartment

Nice apartment, very quiet surroundings, but that makes sense this time of year. Maria is very helpfull and always react as soon as possible.

A Weeks break

Maria was very helpful and helped us settle in. The apartment has secure parking and is about a 15 to 20 minute walk away from the Arenal beach. There is a lovely restaurant 5 minutes away called Thallasso.

Sejour extrêmement agréable

Logement très propre et très agréable. L'ensemble immobilier est accueillant et les résidents ont un bon esprit de famille, ce qui permet de bien se detendre autour de la piscine. La propriétaire est dévouée au bien-être de ses locataires. Nous espérons avoir l'occasion de revenir.

Vacaciones MARAVILLOSAS

La experiencia ha sido maravillosa. Han sido seis días estupendos. El apartamento es precioso y está muy bien equipado. El lugar inmejorable con un jardín y una piscina espectaculares y con la playa a 10 minutos andando. A destacar la amabilidad de María que desde el minuto uno nos facilitó todo, se preocupo por que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta y tuvo la generosidad de permitirnos permanecer más tiempo del que debíamos para terminar de disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones. Sin duda repetiremos. UN DIEZ

Bien, no excelente.

El apartamento está bien ubicado, a 15 minutos andando de la playa del Arenal. Urbanización tranquila, sin ruidos, magnífica piscina. El equipamiento es correcto, quizás se echa en falta algún detalle de menaje de cocina, y el cuarto de baño queda algo pequeño. Potencia eléctrica por momentos insuficiente, salta diferencial. Sin embargo el principal inconveniente ha sido no poder disfrutar de la terraza por carecer de mobiliario para 4 personas ya que la mesa solo es apta para 2. La propietaria ha sido muy atenta facilitando contacto y entrada. Hemos estado 15 días, matrimonio y dos hijos. Aunque en general la estancia ha sido placentera, recomendaría subsanar detalles para alcanzar la excelencia.

Perfecta estancia!!!

Agradecido a la gestión recibida por María tanto antes como durante nuestra estancia. El alojamiento se ajusta perfectamente al anuncio, ubicado en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso a playa Blanca y a un pequeño paseo de la playa del Arenal. Piscina y zona de césped muy cuidada, con aparcamiento en el interior del complejo de apartamentos. Genial para disfrutar de los bonitos pueblos y calas de la zona.

Ese es el título de este alojamiento. Lo que más me preocupa cuando viajo y me alojo en algún lugar fuera de casa, es poder descansar (en cuanto a tranquilidad) y dormir bien (en cuanto a la cama). Ambas las reúne. Está ubicado en un lugar excepcional, cerca de todo del arenal, de las calas, del pueblo... El anuncio es preciso con la realidad que te encuentras. Y para rematar, la amabilidad de Maria y lo fácil que lo hace todo desde que llegas hasta que termina tu estancia allí, te hace sentir como en casa. Sin duda repetiremos. Muchas gracias Maria por darnos estos momentos para poder coger aire.

El apartamento está a estrenar como indican, la ubicación es ideal, la urbanización tiene una piscina grande con un jardín muy cuidado. Un sitio muy tranquilo, nada de ruidos. La propietaria es excepcional, son todo facilidades y detalles (desde el llavero de la copia de las llaves, nos avisó de como estaría el tráfico a Valencia para coger el Ave, etc etc etc ….) Gracias.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle et confortable location sur Javea. L'appartement, tout neuf et décoré avec goût est bien situé : non loin d'une petite plage de rochers et de la Cala Blanca. La plage del Arenal n'est pas loin non plus. La piscine est grande, bien entretenue et surveillée. Un grand merci pour l'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de María. La location correspond à la description. A réserver sans hésiter !

Un encanto de piso y de propietaria

El apartamento es una cucada y es tal como aparece en la foto, cómodo y limpio; la urbanización está en un sitio inmejorable y está estupendamente cuidada. Lo recomiendo sin duda , sobre todo a familias con niños y a parejas. María encantadora y pendiente .

Impresionante

La casa está cuidada al detalle, desde el inicio de mi estancia me han facilitado todas las comodidades posibles, lo que indica el grado de implicación de los propietarios. Muy cerca de las principales playas y calas y la urbanización es muy tranquila y cuenta con una piscina enorme. Muy recomendable para parejas cuyo intención sea conocer la costa blanca y pasar unos días de vacaciones de auténtica relajación. Sin duda repetiré.
