The apartment, very bright, is located on the first floor of a small condominium. It is possible to leave stroller or other at the entrance to the ground floor.

The apartment has been renovated with great care bringing the comfort and functionality necessary for a good holiday.
The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped (Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle ...). All the furniture is new.

For parents with very young children, the rooms are large enough to accommodate baby cots.

Appartement très sympa, lumineux et idéalement placé ! Commerces au pied du petit immeuble (charcuterie, boulangeries, épicerie de quartier...), à 200m de la mer ! Vivre et découvrir "Dinard" et cette superbe côte au sein de ce quartier de St Enogat, dans ce bel appartement est idéal !
