There are also activities for children.

This villa was fantastic, plenty of space for our family of 9 the outside space was amazing we spent many hours in and around the pool area.The villa had everything we needed the AC was very good .I will definitely book the villa again for our family holiday .We have been to villas before in Grand Alicant but this was by far the best.

Wonderful Villa close to Gran Alacant Central. All you need in a Villa. Lovely and clean property suitable for all ages. So big and so much living space. Plenty of areas to sit and relax.Close to local shops, restaurants , supermarkets and bus routes. Buses to Alicante and Santa Pola nearby as well as the urbanisation bus around Gran Alacant.The Villa has 5 good sized bedrooms each with their own bathroom. It also has a extremely well stocked kitchen with all the utensils you need.

A beautiful villa with amazing views

The villa is comfortable and spacious with a lovely front conservatory. There are supermarkets,bars, and bus stops close by, all within walking distance. We had excellent communication with the owner, Christian, and would highly recommend this villa

Highly Recommend

A beautiful villa. The villa itself is in a very quiet area whilst being just a short walk from the local shop and a good selection of restaurants. Our family of 10 included 3 generations ranging in ages from 16 weeks to 75 years and we found it had something to offer for all ages. Star of the show was the lovely swimming pool where we spent many hours cooling off from the very hot July weather! The booking of the villa was straightforward, and additional requests were quickly answered. The drive from the airport was straightforward and parking directly outside the villa was simple and convenient. The villa itself was well equipped and had everything we needed, it was really spacious inside and had well-maintained garden areas and a choice of outdoor canopied seating areas. The large upstairs balcony which is open to the sky was great for stargazing in the evenings and provided amazing views of the surrounding area. A great place for a family holiday.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Barbereich

Das Haus ist sehr gut für eine Gruppenreise. Es hatte jedes Zimmer ein Badezimmer. Der Pool war angenehm temperiert- ein Kescher wäre gut gewesen, um Blätter aus dem Pool zu entfernen. Die Liegen am Pool waren gut , allerdings wären 1-2 Sonnenschirme nicht schlecht, da es nicht viel Schatten tagsüber gibt. Der Barbereich mit großem Kühlschrank ist top:) Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Supermarkt in der Nähe, der zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen ist. Das einzige, was uns nicht so gut gefiel, war die Hausübergabe: die Dame sprach leider nur spanisch und zeigte uns rein gar nichts bei der Übergabe. Zum check out kam sie auch nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit . Das sind aber alles in Allem nur Kleinigkeiten, die zu bemängeln wären.

Last Minute Booking

Our original villa cancelled our booking 4 days before we were due to travel so it was a stressful day or 2 trying to find something else suitable. Communication with the host could not have been better, all emails were answered almost immediately. Host responded positively to requests for additional cots and high chair. Check in was straightforward and the villa was absolutely spotless with everything a large family/group could need. There are 2 good size bedrooms on the ground floor and a further 3 good size bedrooms accessed via an outside stair case. We weren’t sure about this with young children but it worked fine. Pool was fab. Electricity and gas are not included in cost but unit price is well documented in villa overview. It worked out at €114 for our week, we used the aircon a lot, and although that sounds expensive the overall cost of the villa was still good value. The villa is in a great location, just minutes from a square with several restaurants/bars and a decent supermarket. Another 5 minutes or so to the Commercial Centre with more restaurants and larger supermarkets including a Lidl. Going in the opposite direction there’s an Aldi about 7 minutes walk and the beautiful beach is a further 25 minutes along the same road. Overall we had an excellent time at the villa and would highly recommend it.

Schönes Haus

An und für sich war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, wenn da nicht das ein oder andere Kommunikationsproblem gegeben hätte. Zum einen gab es keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher zum wechseln, wir mussten eine Woche darauf warten, obwohl wir dafür gezahlt haben. Dummerweise, war durch die Vormieter die Markise kaputt "kann passieren", diese wurde durch zwei Sonnenschirme ersetzt. Das eigentliche Problem aber war, das Geoffrey ohne sich vorher mit mir in Verbindung gesetzt zu haben, meine Telefonnummer an die Markisenfirma weitergeben hat und vorausgesetzt hat das ich für die zu Verfügung stehe, ich habe dem denn trotzdem zugestimmt! An dem Tag als der Mitarbeiter dort war, teilte ich ihm mit das er jede weitere Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter führen müsse, leider war es dann so das er mich dann während eines Ausflugs wieder angerufen hat " Problem, mein Spanisch ist nicht gut und es ist nicht meine Aufgabe als Urlauber mich um diese belange zu kümmern! Für mich und meinen Mann waren das zwei verloren Urlaubstage! Es kam auch nur eine halbherzige Entschuldigung, ich hätte erwartet das er uns vielleicht ein wenig mit der der Nebenkostenabrechnung entgegengekommen wäre. So Schluss jetzt mit dem Negativen! Das Haus an und die komplette Anlage ist sauber und schön, es gibt ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser, Pfannen und Töpfe und einen gefelgten Pool , und die Umgebung und die nahegelegenen Restaurants sind gut!

Prachtig huis voor 10 personen

Verblijf was geweldig, alles aanwezig in het huis. Om hier met 10 personen (of minder) te verblijven is het huis uitermate geschikt. Winkels, café’s en restaurants op loop afstand.

Nice house for two families or up to 5 couples or 10 god frends

It was a great house, pool was good, the rooms where fine. The beds a little hard but that´s alway the case in the mediterranean. Gran Alacant vas a nice place, close to Santa Pola and Alicante, but with its own shops and restuarantes

Wir waren mit der Familie mit 7 Personen für 1 Woche dort. Das Haus ist groß, sauber und schön verwinkelt. Es gab einige Vorräte in der Küche, wie zb löslicher Kaffee, Gewürze, Alufolie, Spülmaschinentabs… Im gemütlichen Wintergarten haben wir den Regentag gut verbracht. Der Aldi ist ganz in der Nähe (5 min zu Fuß). Aber auch Lidl, Mercadano, Burger King und Fitnessstudio, Restaurants und andere Geschäfte ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar (15 min) Das nahegelegene Meer haben wir mit ca. 30 min. per Fußmarsch erreicht und der Strand dort gefiel uns auch dort sehr gut (nicht überfüllt). Da unser Flug Verspätung hatte, wartete der Gastgeber gute 2 Stunden geduldig auf uns im Haus wegen der Schlüsselübergabe. Auch der Kontakt am nächsten Tag für die Bezahlung von Kaution und Reinigung an den Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Der Flughafen ist nicht weit entfernt… ca. 10/15 Minuten mit dem Auto, was unser Glück war, weil wir die gemieteten Autos nicht mehr von der Autovermietung bekamen und mit dem Taxi von Flughafen zu Ferienhaus nehmen mussten. Das kostete 35 EUR und war „Glück im Unglück“… denn alle Autovermietungen am Flughafen wollten über das dreifache an Geld. Einzig die Bettdecken waren für unsere Kinder nicht der Renner (zu dünn und altmodisch) und könnten in schlichte weiße Laken und Decken ersetzt werden … ansonsten war die Einrichtung nicht hochmodern, aber völlig in Ordnung. Das Anwesen wirklich wunderschön Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus sehr gerne weiter.
