At 8km Alicante, villa 3 facades (communicating from the back, not overlooked) of 70 sqm was completely renovated late 2014 keeping its typical Spanish but modernized. It is composed of 1 / a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and large fridge. 2 / a living room with dining area, a sofa bed for 2 persons and a television. 3 / a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, private TV, private bathroom (and washing machine) 4 / a room with 2 beds 90 cm. .4 / a shower room. 5 / the private heated pool MAY-JUNE - SEPTEMBER, without view of the neighbors, with terrace for deckchair, secured by a gate, equipped with an outdoor shower. 6 / a terrace in front of the house, a solarium on the roof. 7 / a large car park in front of the house. 8 / All rooms are air conditioned.

Enjoyable stay

Villa was located in a central area. Easy to get to from the airport and a few minutes drive from the sea and restaurants/shops. Lovely views from the terraces. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Lovely Villa

Having visited Gran Alacant for many, many years we know the area very well. The villa was well situated with a good breeze to help keep you cool. The pool was a good size and very much welcomed on a daily basis,the villa size was perfect. Rosa, the property manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We would highly recommend this villa and look forward to returning.

It was perfect

Everything was really perfect. The location is great, supermarkets are reachable by car within two minutes. From the airport it’s only around 15 minutes by car to reach the villa. The pool is wonderful and also perfect for kids. The villa is very clean, there is a big fridge and all things you need are available. We will come again for sure 😊

We have spent a wonderful 5 weeks at this property. The house is as described, having everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped. We brought our fire stick with us and easily used this to watch TV. The air con works amazingly and the beds are very comfy. Rosa who looks after the property went above and beyond and is the best host I’ve come across. We had an electrical issue one day and this was resolved straight away, really amazed me how quickly it was sorted. The location is good with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance (Aldi, gabes and Thursday market-8 mins, beach 25 mins, restaurants/bars- 10 mins, shopping centre- 20 mins) Public transport is not reliable so a car is recommended if you wanted to get out and explore. The outside area of the villa is lovely providing space around the pool, an area to dine, BBQ and then the upstairs area. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing All Round Holiday

Fantastic Villa, very clean and modern. So close to the airport (10-15 mins). Communication with owner was fantastic. Rosa runs the villa for the owners and she is brilliant. Always on call and extremely helpful. Check in and out was so easy. Villa is out of the way so quiet and relaxing. Aldi supermarket within walking distance and the fantastic Gabe Market which sells everything !!. Other shops are about a half hour walk away so not too bad along with some bars and restaurants. This was a fantastic holiday and we are looking to return next year

Fantastic place

The hosts and Rosa who meet you at the villa are great and couldn’t help enough. The photos don’t do justice to the place, everything you need here for a relaxing holiday and the pool really cooled us down. (Home from home) A short distance away there is an Aldi,Lidl and a Mercado for any shopping essential items you may need also close to these is a KFC and Burger King. There is about 8 different restaurants and bars a short distance away from the villa, this includes indian food, Irish bar, tex mex, fish and chip shop & a French restaurant. We hired a car to get about which is an essential really and we found some lovely places to visit, the airport is literally no more than 10 minutes away. We are already planning our next visit, loved the 10 days we spend here, thank you ☺️

The house is fabulous everything you need and the pool was a godsend. However there were a few points that need addressing, we noticed there was no smoke alarm it had been taken down . The pool wasn’t heated as it stated it is may-June but it didn’t stop us using it . There is no English tv every thing is in French even the cooker.we couldn’t find the microwave and after talking to the owner was told it’s in the oven which was just too much of a faff. We also had to pay 10 euros for bedding and house towels per room which also isn’t stated when you booked I found this odd as we have never had to take bedding abroad. There was no booklet for instructions for hospital doctors emergency services or tourists place which is a must in a rental. These are just small things that could help and didn’t stop us having a fabulous holiday. And Rosa the lady who let us in was fabulous and very approachable.

Je tiens à rectifié que le four est bien multifonction et il y a moyen de changer la langue. Les instructions sont affichées dans le hall de nuit au tableau. La piscine est chauffée en fonction de la température extérieure et elle était assez chaude pour cette période. Il y a un livret en anglais dans le tiroir sous la TV pour les points d'intérêt de la région. De plus avec internet, vous trouvez tout et bien plus actualisé. Il est indiqué dans le contrat que les draps ne sont pas inclus car beaucoup de personnes viennent en voiture et les prennent avec eux. Il n'est pas possible d'avoir toutes les langues mais avec internet vous avez accès aux chaînes de votre pays. Bien cordialement

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour

Nous avons sejourné ici pendant une semaine. La maison était bien équipée, la piscine était extraordinaire. L’environnement est très calme. C’est un endroit idéal pour les sports de plein air dans la nature. Malgré ces temps difficiles (COVID-19), nous avons beaucoup apprecié le séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité. Les propriétaires sont très attentifs et toujours disponibles. Keith, celui qui nous a donné la clé, est très gentil et de bonne humeur. Il nous a tout expliqué en détail et aussi tout ce que nous pouvions faire à proximité. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, j’ai tout aimé.

Myself, wife and son stayed for 9 days in June at this Villa. It was amazing! Weather was great and the pool is good for cooling down. Location close to shops, bars, restaurants, beach etc. Keith was great got on well with him and owners communicated well. Hopefully be back soon!! Thanks.

La maison rien à dire mais le proprio méfiez vous

La maison impeccable le proprio un petit mal honnête il vous trouvera forcément un petit quelques chose pour vous le déduire de la caution alors en se qui me concerne il m’a réclamé 80€ pour des coussins de chaise pour la piscine que j’ai trouvé moisies le jour de mon arrivée La personne qui gère la maison sur place voudrais que vous fassiez le ménage pour lui avant votre départ alors que vous avez déjà payé 50€ pour le ménage si non il n’est Pas content Croyez moi j’ai rendu une maison aussi propre que quand je suis rentré dedans le jour de mon arrivée malgré ça j’ai perdu 100€ de ma caution

A perfect place to stay

Property very spacious and ideally located between the two main entertainment areas. Air con in every room which was perfect and really needed with the extremely hot conditions. Property inside was very spacious and had everything you needed - a real home from home. Main attraction was the outside areas particularly the pool that was very private and not overlooked at all. Genau wie auf den Bildern! Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, mit tollen Ausblick.

Hallo, wir waren im Juni 2018 in der Ferienwohnung. Wir waren schon paar mal in dieser Umgebung und das war bisher die beste Ferienwohnung die wir hatten. Sie ist perfekt für 4 Erwachsene bzw. 2 Paare, aufgrund der 2 getrennten Schlafzimmer, sowie 2 Bäder. Es sind auch viele Utensilien vorhanden, von Gewürze, Töpfe und auch Messer oder Gläser! Das ist nicht immer so. Es gibt sogar vor Ort Sonnenschirme für den Strand oder auch eine Kühltasche mit Akku‘s. Daher kann ich diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Der Strand liegt mit dem Auto circa 2-3min entfernt. Es ist ansonsten eine ruhige Gegend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind genauso 2-3 min entfernt. Somit ist sie perfekt für einen ruhigen, Erholungsurlaub mit tollen Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Man muss nur an das Bettzeug denken, da man es sonst für 15€ pro Person ausleihen müsste vor Ort. Fazit: ich kann es wirklich nur jedem Empfehlen, wir waren 2 Paare und haben es keinen Augenblick bereut!

Excellente location parfaitement située ! Réserver sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines dans cette charmante maison (début Août 2017 - 3 adultes et notre labrador). Les + : excellents contacts, écoute, réactivité, qualité des informations avant le départ, accueil convivial sur place, maison très bien équipée (rien ne manque et tout est fonctionnel, vaisselle en quantité, même les épices sont fournis dans la cuisine), literie confortable, coin repas extérieur agréable avec un barbecue, piscine sécurisée (par un portail) de grande qualité et bien isolée des vues extérieures (sauf peut-être de l'autre maison attenante par l'arrière dont la piscine est plus élevée, mais qui n'a pas été occupée durant notre séjour), vaste solarium, quartier très calme, proximité de commerces ("grandes surfaces" à moins de 5minutes en voiture, petit centre avec bars et restaurants à 500m), proximité de la plage de carabasi qui est facilement accessible à pied en 20 à 25 minutes (vaste plage de sable familiale, en pente douce sur la mer, et même pour ceux qui le souhaitent une partie naturiste où se mélangent "textiles" et "non textiles" dans une très bonne ambiance de respect mutuel), la proximité de Alicante, Elche, .... et de nombreux points d'intérêt de la Costa Blanca Les - : très difficile à trouver, et pour dire quelque chose peut-être un frigidaire qui givre mais qui devrait être changé pour la saison prochaine. La maison est équipée de climatiseurs que nous n'avons quasiment pas utilisés. Notre consommation électrique a été, sans vouloir faire d'économie, de 170Kwh par semaine (200 Kwh compris dans la location). Il est possible qu'en l'utilisant régulièrement la climatisation le forfait soit légèrement dépassé. Enfin il faut mentionner le rapport qualité/prix très attractif, la conformité des informations sur la location avec la réalité (c'est même mieux que sur les photos) et évidemment le soleil, la chaleur, la mer, la gentillesse espagnole, ...bref que du bonheur. En résumé : on y retourne dès que possible, et vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés car votre séjour sera, comme le notre, parfait.

Nous sommes content du séjour ! La maison est conforme aux descriptifs , dans un petit en clos , tranquille , sécurisant , tres bon contact avec les proprio ! Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt que prévu et la personne responsable sur place était la pour nous accueillir ! Merci je recommande la maison
