Apartment with garden and wi-fi in residence with swimming pool

I am the owner of this holiday home and together with my family I take care of the management. It's something I do with care and passion, I like to surprise guests and take care of details.

Ideal natural context. Easily accessible from Olbia "Costa Smeralda" airport (15km), from the port of Olbia (18km), from the port of Golfo Aranci (39 km).

Pleasant comfortable and well-kept apartment with air conditioning in the two bedrooms and in the living room, reserved parking space, barbecue and Wi-Fi connection. It is located in Monte Petrosu, inside an elegant residence with a splendid shared swimming pool. It is placed on a corner, on the ground floor with veranda and private garden with a play area for children.

In 5/10 minutes by car you can reach many of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia with sand and shallow water, or with high water and rocks (Porto Istana, Porto Taverna, Cala Girgolu and its famous swimming pools, Punta Molara, Cala Brandinchi , Capo Coda Cavallo, Puntaldia, La Cinta ...) of course the car is recommended for traveling. Some of these beaches near the apartment are particularly suitable for children with fine sand and shallow water.

As needed we provide cot and high chair for small children.

I remind you that the Municipality of San Teodoro requires a tourist tax, to be paid cash at check-in.

Final cleaning is included in the rates.

The linen is not included and is provided only on request with an additional cost.

Animals are not admitted.

The swimming pool is open from 1st June to 30th September.

The Wi-Fi is available from May 1st to October 31st.

A few km there are discos and pubs for nightlife; possibility of hiking and horseback riding in the Sardinian hinterland, snorkelling, windsurfing, golf, tennis and scuba diving in extraordinarily clear water. Within 200 meters you can find: market, pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream parlor, bars.
