About this property

This stunning south facing 3 bedroom duplex penthouse has 3 bathrooms, two living rooms (one on each floor),air conditioning and WIFI as well as a selection of foreign channels (English, Scandinavian) available. The spacious living room opens onto a terrace overlooking the communal gardens, pool and sea.

La Duquesa Suites Golf and Gardens complex is surrounded by tropical gardens and has two swimming pools, a playground, paddle tennis courts and 24 hour security. Furthermore, there is an area around where clients can have barbeques.
It is located close to golf course and it's only a short walk to the beach, to Monte Duquesa shopping centre with bars and restaurants. The port of Duquesa is about a couple of minutes drive from the apartment and the beach.

The two swimming pools are quite large and are surrounded by palm trees giving it a feel of holiday by the sea.
The complex is suitable for families and golfers.

Excellent spacious 3 Bed Apartment

We love this complex and have visited many times, but as my children have grown up we needed extra space and as there are limited 3 beds on this complex this property was a great find. Lovely apartment with great views and everything you need for a great holiday. Hopefully see you again soon. Mr Gibbons.
