This stunning south facing 3 bedroom duplex penthouse has 3 bathrooms, two living rooms (one on each floor),air conditioning and WIFI as well as a selection of foreign channels (English, Scandinavian) available. The spacious living room opens onto a terrace overlooking the communal gardens, pool and sea. La Duquesa Suites Golf and Gardens complex is surrounded by tropical gardens and has two swimming pools, a playground, paddle tennis courts and 24 hour security. Furthermore, there is an area around where clients can have barbeques. It is located close to golf course and it's only a short walk to the beach, to Monte Duquesa shopping centre with bars and restaurants. The port of Duquesa is about a couple of minutes drive from the apartment and the beach.The two swimming pools are quite large and are surrounded by palm trees giving it a feel of holiday by the sea.The complex is suitable for families and golfers.
