It has 3 bedrooms, all with window or door with access to the outside, 2 bathrooms en suite, 1 toilet, very well equipped kitchen, large dining room, living room with fireplace, terrace on the first floor and patio with private garden on the ground floor .
You can park your car on the street next to the house for free.
You are 15 minutes drive from beautiful beaches such as Illa Roja, Pals beach or Castell beach, among many others.
You can also take a pleasant walk through Les Gavarres from the door of the house or you can approach the historic center of the city in less than ten minutes to do your shopping without having to take the vehicle.
The location is quiet in a beautiful street without the noise of the town almost touching Les Gavarres protected natural space.
The house is ideally located in the Baix Empordà 15 minutes walk from the town of Fonteta, where you can buy goat cheeses in the small shop where they are made by hand. Less than 10 minutes walk from the medieval village of La Bisbal.
You can also take a pleasant longer excursion-walk to Sant Pol de la B. an hour and a half.
