I’m very picky and this was the hands down best place we’ve ever stayed at PCB. Any questions I had, Melly was on it. She even answered us back on her husband’s phone when her phone went for a swim! I love the little personal touches like how she put out a recipe book with recipes from people, it seemed she may have known along with all of the cookware, etc. you needed to make a meal if you wanted to. She also put stuffed animals on the bunk beds, and had plenty of games, DVD’s, and things for the beach. Thank you for a fabulous stay and we will be back.

This was my families 2nd time staying in this unit. Melly's communication was excellent as always, she makes checking a breeze and is quick to respond. Unit was clean with excellent views and the pools were well kept and clean. The condo's location is within several restaurants and even within walking distance to pier park if you enjoy a nice walk. The beach here is not overly crowded for a large complex. Would definitely recommend for others, Melly is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Our stay was wonderful and exactly as described in the listing. The condo was great and offered stunning views that we enjoyed every day. The location is perfect—within walking distance to plenty of excellent oceanfront restaurants. We also really appreciated the included beach chair service; it was such a convenient and awesome perk that made our beach days so much easier. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing getaway!

Everything was exactly as advertised. Easy parking, easy check in, easy internet connection. Zero issues. We were even able to check in an hour or so early, which was great. My 5 year old loved the bunk beds and I loved the balcony. The kitchen was great and well stocked! Super clean and safe.
